1 24 THE PRESENT PERFECT He hecho The Present Perfect in English is used in sentences like I've never been to Spain, or She has already finished her homework. We use the verb To Have, and the Past Participle of the verb. In Spanish it's similar, except we use the verb Haber plus the past participle. Haber Yo he Nosotros hemos Tú has Vosotros habéis Él/ella ha Ellos/ellas han El Participio pasado The past participle Regular verbs Hablar hablado Comer comido Vivir vivido Irregulares Hacer hecho escribir escrito decir dicho Abrir abierto volver vuelto ver visto Poner puesto romper roto morir muerto To form the Present Perfect in Spanish, we simply put the correct form of the verb Haber with the past participle of the verb we are using. I've done a lot today Yo he hecho mucho hoy. Marta has never worked in a restaurant Marta nunca ha trabajado en un restaurante. Write the correct Past Participle after each verb Escribir - Hacer - Ver - Poder - Vender - Nadar - Ir - Cantar - Trabajar - Abrir -
