COMISIONES Y GRUPOS DE TRABAJO DE CGLU COMISIÓN SOBRE LA PLANIFICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICAURBANA DE CGLU REUNIÓN DE SEGUIMIENTO DEL CONSEJO MUNDIAL DE ESTAMBUL, 28 DE NOVIEMBRE, 9h00 12h30, Estambul (Turquía) Barcelona, 22 de diciembre de 2008 CIRCULAR 2 Estimados miembros de la Comisión sobre la Planificación Estratégica Urbana de CGLU, estimados socios, En nombre del alcalde de Rosario, Argentina, y del alcalde de Durban, África del Sur, nos gustaría agradecerles su participación activa a la reunión de la comisión durante el último Consejo Mundial de CGLU. Consideramos que nuestra última reunión en Estambul fue importante para la agenda de planificación del desarrollo urbano apoyado por la comisión de Planificación Estratégica Urbana. Esperamos recibir aún más comentarios y apoyo de parte de sus miembros para hacer un seguimiento de la agenda del futuro año y para responder a las expectativas, en particular las que conciernen el documento político cuya meta es definir la posición de los gobiernos locales. What were the lessons learnt? Enabling environments: What are the framework conditions (legal, fiscal, competencies) and how did they influence/encourage the process? Inspired by exchange, can we talk about general changes of methodologies; how far can we talk about trends? (global, regional)
