University Of California, Irvine 2009-2009 MESA Schools Program MESA Attendance Policy A critical factor for the success of the participant and the program is student participation and attendance. To ensure this success, students must sign in at every MESA session and actively participate in the program throughout the program year. MESA Field Trip Policy As you may be aware MESA students have the opportunity to participate in beneficial and exciting fieldtrips. To attend the various MESA trips, a student must be a current and active participant. An active participant is defined by: ~ completing and returning ALL enrollment documents to the MESA program. ~ completing a minimum of 75% of MESA session hours prior to the event Date February 20 February 27 March 6 May 22 Activity MESA Day (ES) MESA Day Preliminary (HS) MESA Day Preliminary (MS) Engineering the Future Day - Closing Ceremony (All Schools) ( Approximation of hours will be determined by your MESA advisor.) Para asegurar que este factor sea realizado el estudiante debe de registrarse durante cada sesión y participar en el programa durante el año escolar. Póliza de Excurciones Como han de saber, los participantes de MESA tienen la oportunidad de asistir a varias excurciones. Para asistir a los diferentes eventos de MESA el estudiante debe ser un participante activo en el programa. Un participante activo es definido por: ~ haber completado y regresado los documentos de registración ~ haber participado por lo menos en 75% de horas de sus sesiónes de MESA antes del evento.
