Fundamental Principles By applying for the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education my institution will: Respect in full the principles of non-discrimination set out in the Programme and ensure equal access and opportunities to mobile participants from all backgrounds. Ensure full recognition for satisfactorily completed activities of study mobility and, where possible, traineeships in terms of credits awarded (ECTS or compatible system.). Ensure the inclusion of satisfactorily completed study and/or traineeship mobility activities in the final record of student achievements (Diploma Supplement or equivalent). 9 Además nuestro centro acreditará la movilidad mediante un certificado de movilidad Europass. Para la movilidad training (módulo FCT), si el periodo es inferior al estipulado en la norma, se prorrateará el número de créditos a las horas reales de formación realizadas, el resto se deberán realizar anterior o posterior al periodo de movilidad. These agreements establish the respective roles and responsibilities of the different parties, as well as their commitment to shared quality criteria in the selection, preparation, reception and integration of mobile participants. Para su aprobación se utilizarán una serie de criterios como son los de características de la acomodación, existencia de coordinadores de relaciones por parte de las instituciones, existencia de un periodo de adaptación que incluya formación en idioma y costumbres, calidad y seguimiento de los programas formativos... Los responsables del estudio de los acuerdos serán todos los agentes implicados en movilidad, después de la discusión y estudio de las opciones y corregidas las deficiencias observadas, estos remitirán al Consejo Escolar del centro un resumen con las conclusiones más importantes para que sea aprobado por el mismo. En el transcurso de los acuerdos se establecerá un sistema de seguimiento para detectar posibles desviaciones mediante encuestas a los participantes y otros métodos. 11 Por parte del Departamento de LE se desarrollarán una serie de cursos al objeto de mejorar las capacidades lingüísticas de los participantes en los proyectos de movilidad...en estos cursos, que serán obligatorios para todos los participantes en programas de movilidad, se harán pruebas de nivel y los idiomas a impartir serán inglés, francés y alemán. Los cursos serán intensivos durante al menos dos semanas previas a la realización de la movilidad. En estos cursos además de mejorar las habilidades de comunicación se intentará mejorar la autonomía de los participantes en los países destino, analizando sus costumbres y descubriendo los aspectos más relevantes a tener en cuenta, para ello se utilizarán los medios TIC disponibles en el centro. Ensure that student and staff mobility for education or training purposes is based on a learning agreement for students and a mobility agreement for staff validated in advance between the home and host institutions or enterprises and the mobile participants. Provide assistance related to obtaining visas, when required, for incoming and outgoing mobile participants. When Participating in Mobility Activities - During Mobility Ensure equal academic treatment and services for home students and staff and incoming mobile participants. (max. 500 characters) If possible, please provide the direct web link for your language policy: En la primera semana de estancia, se diseñará un programa de visitas por la mañana al objeto de que conozcan la zona y sus costumbres, y por las tardes en las instalaciones del instituto se impartirán cursos lingüísticos por el porfesorado del departamento de lenguas extranjeras. En la 1ª semana se realizarán visitas a las ciudades cercanas más importantes como Córdoba, Granada, Jaén y las ciudades monumentales de Úbeda y Baeza, en esta última se visitará la Universidad de Antonio Machado. 13 Accept all activities indicated in the learning agreement as counting towards the degree, provided these have been satisfactorily completed by the mobile students. Provide incoming mobile participants and their home institutions with transcripts containing a full, accurate and timely record of their achievements at the end of their mobility period. Regarding the above two Charter principles, please describe the mechanisms your institution has in place to recognise mobility achievements for study and traineeships in enterprises. (max. 750 characters) In addition, please provide the direct web link for this recognition procedure: Todos los participantes dispondrán de un tutor docente el cual será el encargado de hacer el seguimiento de los mismos en función del tipo de participación. Para la formación en centros de trabajo se redactará junto con el tutor laboral un programa formativo. Para el seguimiento del mismo el tutor docente (que coincidirá con el responsable de movilidad asignado) realizará una serie de visitas programadas al objeto de evaluar los resultados de aprendizaje de los alumnos. Estos dispondrán de un documento donde deberán ir rellenando todas las actividades que realizan a diario con la supervisión del tutor laboral y del tutor docente. Al final del periodo formativo se emitirá un informe con los descriptores de las actividades realizadas. Support the reintegration of mobile participants and give them the opportunity, upon return, to build on their experiences for the benefit of the Institution and their peers. 14 Para los participantes en los programas de movilidad que no sean del grupo del alumnado se les certificarán las horas que han estado participando en el programa. Todos los cursos académicos se propondrá (en concordancia con el volumen de la institución) al menos un miembro de entre el personal laboral y otro del personal docente para la realización de la movilidad para formación o impartición de docencia de tal manera que cuando finalice el periodo prácticamente la totalidad de los miembros de la HEI puedan haber participado en los programas de movilidad. C6. When Participating in European and International Cooperation Projects Ensure that cooperation leads to sustainable and balanced outcomes for all partners. Provide relevant support to staff and students participating in these activities. Please describe your institutional measures to support, promote and recognise the participation of your own institution s staff and students in European and international cooperation projects under the Programme. (max. 750 characters) Con los programas de cooperación que se lleven a cabo, que se procurará que estén dentro del ámbito de formación agraria,se procurará que exista una relación simbiotica entre los distintos participantes en el programa. Para aquellos participantes en los programas de cooperación les será emitidas las certificaciones oportunas. Además de esto y para el personal participante se le apoyará en todos los sentidos, como puede ser la adaptación de horarios para facilitar la participación en el programa. A aquellos estudiantes que participen les será valorada su participación dentro de los proyectos de cooperación. (max characters) Translation language [EN] This HEI does not participate at Erasmus before, so we'll choose our partners by preparatory visit action by the way we can meet partners face to face. Countries we have interest are the nearest to our country although we can apreciate other partners, programs or agreements far away. Target groups of our mobility activities are the two of them that course the second year of CFGS courses, they are short cycles and the mobility activitities are focused on training at agrarian enterprises. Today markets are globalised markets and we think student must have knowledge about how do it, how sell it, how other do it and most important doing it efficiently to safeguard the resources and the enviroment. Therefore it is important to know how other future producers manage with agrarian production and enviroment belonging to other countries. Solicitud Carta Europea (ECHE) 15

16 It is important too, to improve the HEI staff knowledge to get better teaching and training so students receive the best and competitive training and formation. Original language [ES] Al ser nuevos y no haber participado con anterioridad en Erasmus, nos apoyaremos en la acción de visitas preparatorias de tal forma que se puedan conocer algunos de los socios de forma directa, los países que serán de elección son los más cercanos a nuestro centro,aunque no se descarta la particiapación en otros programas o acuerdos que sean interesantes y que se ubiquen en paises más lejanos. Los grupos de alumnos a los que se dará preferencia son los de 2º curso de los dos CFGS que se imparten en el centro; al tratarse de short cycles básicamente serán en movilidad de estudiantes para prácticas en empresas del sector agrario. En la actualidad y al estar los mercados cada vez más globalizados se entiende que nuestros alumnos deben, no solo estar preparados para producir eficazmente sino que además deben de ser capaces de producir en mercados cada vez más globalizados, ofreciendo productos y servicios cada vez más respetuosos con el medio ambiente y consumiendo la menor cantidad posible de insumos perjudiciales para el medio ambiente. Para ello es importante conocer como se producen en otros paises de la EU y no EU, y como se puede producir en el entorno del centro educativo. Para el personal del centro también es importante avanzar en la innovación para servir como correa de transmisión para que los alumnos que reciban una formación cada vez más moderna y competitiva. In our HEI there are a farm with equipment and 14 Ha of space, we have cattle too; all of these may be utilized in international cooperation projects in teaching and training. Original language [ES] El interés de nuestro centro es la de armonizar la formación de nuestros alumnos y por tanto de nuestro personal en relación a las tecnologías emergentes así como el sostenimiento del medio ambiente, con unas producciones cada vez más rentables y con unos costes mebioambientales cada vez más sostenibles. Nuestro centro dispone de una explotación agraria con maquinaria y unas dimensiones de 14 Ha, además de contar con una pequeña cantidad de ganado,que se pondrían a disposición de los proyectos de cooperación. En el ámbito agrario no está muy difundida la formación superior por lo que la participación en el programa mejorará lavisión social de la formación agraria 2. Nuestros estudiantes que sean formados bajo el programa Erasmus van a adquirir unas habilidades que mejoraran su empleabilidad, no solo a nivel local sino también internacional. 3. La calidad de la formación mejorará sensiblemente gracias a la movilidad tanto del personal como de los estudiantes. 4. Esperamos establecer convenios con otros centros educativos dentro del ámbito agrario para favorecer intercambios. 5. In agricultural area the higher education is not as common as we wish, our participation in the Programme improve the revelance of agrarian training. 2. Our students trained under Erasmus will get abilities in order to improve their local and international employability. 3.
