1 REQUISITO LEGAL DE ACCESO GRADO El ingreso en la Universidad Europea de Madrid dependerá del cumplimiento de los requisitos legales de acceso a la Universidad que contempla la legislación vigente. Será imprescindible para poder formalizar la matrícula en la Universidad Europea de Madrid hacer entrega de los documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de dichos requisitos. A continuación, se especifica la documentación necesaria según el nivel de acceso a la universidad: DOCUMENTACIÓN EXIGIDA PARA ESTUDIANTES PREUNIVERSITARIOS NIVELES DE ESTUDIOS DESDE LOS QUE SE ACCEDE A LA UNIVERSIDAD AL PRIMER CURSO DE UN GRADO DOCUMENTACIÓN ACADÉMICA QUE DEBE PRESENTAR EN FUNCIÓN DEL NIVEL DE ACCESO PAU / Selectividad Tarjeta de Selectividad o PAU Tasas de Traslado de Expediente sellada por la Secretaría de la universidad donde hayas realizado la selectividad/pau. Prueba de Acceso Mayores de 25 años Certificado que acredite la superación de la Prueba de Acceso para Mayores de 25 años Tasas de Traslado de Expediente sellada por la Secretaría de la universidad donde hayas realizado la prueba (salvo prueba realizada en la Universidad Europea de Madrid) Acceso a la Universidad mayores de 40 años Informe positivo tras la valoración en la Universidad Europea de Madrid de todos los requisitos establecidos en el art. 16 RD 412/2014. Siempre que lo admita la memoria del plan de estudios. Apto en la correspondiente entrevista. Prueba de acceso mayores de 45 años Certificado que acredite la superación de la Prueba de Acceso para Mayores de 45 años (prueba realizada en la Universidad Europea de Madrid). Los estudiantes de Bachillerato de sistemas educativos de países miembros de la Unión Europea y países con acuerdo de reciprocidad que NO cumplan los requisitos exigidos en sus sistemas educativos para acceder a sus universidades y Estudiantes de Bachillerato de sistemas educativos que NO sean miembros de la Unión Europea o de países SIN acuerdo de reciprocidad, han de cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: Homologación de estudios de Bachiller o equivalente y realización del proceso de admisión propio de la Universidad Europea art. 9.2.b. RD 412/2014. Superación del proceso de admisión propio de la Universidad Europea (criterios calificación final, relación entre los currículos, formación complementaria y evaluación de conocimientos o competencias).

Estudiantes con estudios extranjeros no Finalizados Certificación Académica Personal traducida y legalizada*/** Programa de asignaturas cursadas y/o matriculadas en el curso actual traducido y legalizado*/** Plan de estudios sellado por la Secretaría del centro de procedencia traducido y Certificado de oficialidad de la Universidad y de la titulación de procedencia debidamente traducido y Será necesario el reconocimiento de al menos 30 ECTS Titulados con estudios oficiales españoles finalizados Título Oficial o certificado que acredita la finalización de estudios o certificado de haber abonado las tasas del título.*** Certificación Académica Personal traducida y legalizada*/**. Plan de estudios sellado por la Secretaría del Centro de Procedencia traducido y Certificado de Oficialidad de la Universidad de procedencia traducido y Declaración jurada, que confirme que no has presentado paralelamente la documentación en el Ministerio de Educación para homologar el título. Será necesario el reconocimiento de al menos 30 ECTS para el caso de estudiantes con estudios obtenidos o realizados en sistemas educativos de Estados que no sean miembros de la Unión Europea o de otros Estados sin acuerdo de reciprocidad Título Oficial traducido y legalizado */**. Programas de asignaturas cursadas traducidos y legalizadas*/**. Plan de estudios sellado por la Secretaría del Centro de Procedencia traducido y Certificado de Oficialidad de la Universidad de procedencia traducido y Certificado de vida laboral y/o certificado de empresa, curriculum vitae (en caso de solicitar convalidaciones por experiencia profesional) *Solamente será necesaria la legalización en el caso de que los documentos no hayan sido expedidos por algún país de la Unión Europea. En este caso bastará el sello de la Universidad de procedencia. La traducción será necesaria si los documentos no están en español o en inglés. ** Obligatorio en el caso de que se hayan de practicar convalidaciones. *** Para realizar un curso de adaptación bastará con el título o justificante de haberlo obtenido. Si en dichos documentos no figura la nota media, se cargarán las asignaturas reconocidas con la calificación de 5.

3 PLAZOS Deberás entregar la documentación lo antes posible, y siempre antes del día 15 de mes siguiente a la fecha de inicio del programa. En el caso de estudiantes internacionales, se aceptará como documentación inicial para mantener su expediente en estado matriculado, la entrega del justificante que acredite la solicitud de la documentación correspondiente. Si el acceso del estudiante es por credencial de la UNED o por homologación, este asume la obligación de acreditar haber presentado la correspondiente solicitud de la homologación antes del día 15 del mes siguiente a la fecha de inicio del programa. En caso de que el estudiante no acredite la obtención de la credencial en el plazo máximo de 5 meses desde su incorporación en la Universidad la Universidad procederá a la anulación de la matrícula del estudiante. Todos los estudiantes deberán acreditar su acceso legal en el plazo establecido. De no presentar dicha documentación en plazo, su matrícula será anulada por no cumplir el requisito legal de acceso a la universidad. La documentación podrá ser entregada en la Universidad Europea de Madrid: En el momento de entrega del sobre de matrícula, en el Departamento de Admisiones de Nuevos Estudiantes. 4 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE ENTRY Entry to the Universidad Europea de Madrid will depend on fulfilment of the legal requirements for accessing the University, which are set out in the current legislation. In order to enrol in the Universidad Europea de Madrid it will be necessary to provide documents accrediting fulfilment of said requirements. The necessary documentation according to the level of access to university is specified below: DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR PRE-UNIVERSITY STUDENTS STUDY LEVELS FROM WHICH THE FIRST YEAR OF A BACHELOR'S DEGREE AT UNIVERSITY IS BEING ACCESSED ACADEMIC DOCUMENTATION WHICH MUST BE PRESENTED ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL OF ACCESS The Spanish PAU / Selectividad The Spanish Tarjeta de Selectividad or PAU Transcript transfer fee stamped by the Registrar's Office of the university where you did the selectividad/pau. At least 30 ECTS must be recognized for students with studies obtained or undertaken in educational systems of non-european Union member states or other States without reciprocal Accredited degree, translated and legalized */**. Curriculum stamped by the registrar's office of the establishment of origin, Certificate of official recognition of the University and qualification of origin, duly *Legalization will only be necessary in the event that the documents were not issued by a country belonging to the European Union. In this case, the stamp of the University of origin will suffice. Documents which are neither in English nor Spanish must be translated. ** Mandatory in the event that validations must be carried out. *** To undertake a preparation course the degree or proof of having obtained it will suffice. If the average grade does not appear in these documents, the recognized subjects will be carried forward with a grade of 5. DEADLINES You should hand in the documentation as soon as possible, and in any event within the first 15 days of the month following the program start date.

6 For international students, the receipt accrediting your application for the corresponding documentation will be accepted in order to maintain your enrolled status. If the student accesses through the UNED or official recognition, they must accredit having presented the application for official recognition within the first 15 days of the month following the program start date. If the student does not accredit having obtained the credentials in a maximum of 5 months after being admitted to the University, the University will cancel the student s enrolment. All students must accredit their legal access within the established period. If the documentation cannot be presented on time, their enrolment will be cancelled due to not meeting the legal requirements for access to the university.
