10 REGLAMENTO ARTÍCULO 1 Organización La TERCERA EDICIÓN DE LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA organizada por UNIPUBLIC siguiendo el reglamento de la Unión Ciclista Internacional (UCI) y de la Real Federación Española de Ciclismo (RFEC), se disputará el domingo 10 de septiembre Esta TERCERA EDICIÓN DE LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA es una prueba WWT registrada en el calendario WorldTour de la UCI. La carrera se desarrolla en Madrid dando quince vueltas al circuito de la Castellana y cubre una distancia total de 85,5 kilómetros. ARTÍCULO 2 Participación LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA está abierta según el artículo de la UCI, a los equipos femeninos de la UCI y a los equipos nacionales. LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA cuenta para la clasificación de Elite Mujer y suma puntos según los artículos y de las normas UCI. LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA también cuenta para la clasificación del UCI WorldTour sumando puntos según el artículo de las normas UCI. La carrera atribuye los siguientes puntos a las primeras 20 corredoras: y 2. Para la mejor Joven del World Tour femenino, La MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA atribuye 6-4 y 2 puntos a las 3 primeras corredoras. Todas las competidoras deben pertenecer a la categoría Élite. El número de competidoras se limita a un mínimo de 4 por equipo. ARTÍCULO 3 - Oficina Permanente La oficina permanente de salida estará abierta el sábado 9 de septiembre de 17:00 a 20:00: Calle de Montalbán 1, Madrid La verificación de las licencias y la recogida de los documentos acreditativos por parte del responsable del equipo licenciado tendrán lugar de 17:00 a 19:00. La reunión de los Responsables de equipo, que contará con presencia de los miembros del jurado de los comisarios, se celebrará a las 19:00 en la carpa Unipublic, situada en la Calle Montalbán 1, Madrid. ARTÍCULO 4 Firma de salida y presentación de los equipos La firma de la hoja de salida se hará equipo por equipo en la Plaza de Cibeles de 13: 10 a 13:55. ARTÍCULO 5 - Radio Tour La información de la carrera se emite en la frecuencia ARTÍCULO 6 Asistencia técnica neutra SHIMANO garantiza el servicio de asistencia técnica neutra con 2 vehículos técnicos. ARTÍCULO 7 Tiempo de llegada Cualquier competidora que cruce la línea de meta en un tiempo superior al 8% el tiempo de la ganadora no figurará en la clasificación. ARTÍCULO 8 - Protocolo Deben presentarse a la ceremonia protocolar, tras la llegada de la prueba, en la Plaza de Cibeles: Las tres primeras de la prueba. La primera de la clasificación de los esprints. La líder de la clasificación individual del WorldTour femenino. La líder de la clasificación joven del WorldTour femenino. ARTÍCULO 9 Clasificación individual por tiempos Premios atribuidos a la clasificación de LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA. 1ª º º º º 800 6º 700 7º 600 8º 400 9º º º º º º º º º º º º 100 Total ARTÍCULO 10 - Esprints Una clasificación de esprints se establece sumando los puntos obtenidos en cada esprint intermedio según el artículo del reglamento de la UCI. Se disputara esprint en la 2ª, 3ª, 4ª, 5ª, 6ª, 7ª, 8ª, 9ª, 10ª, 11ª,12ª y13ª vuelta. A cada esprint intermedio otorgara: puntos a las 5 primeras clasificadas. En el caso de empate en la clasificación final de los esprints, se aplican los siguientes criterios, hasta que haya un desempate: Número de victorias en los esprints intermediarios. Clasificación final por tiempos. Los premios atribuidos a la clasificación de los esprints son: Clasificación final: 1º º º Total Total de los premios de la clasificación de los esprints ARTÍCULO 11 Los premios La cantidad total de los premios de la 1ª LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA es de: Clasificación individual por tiempos Clasificación de esprints Suma total de los premios ARTÍCULO 12 Control anti-dopaje Las operaciones de control anti-dopaje se efectúan bajo la autoridad de la UCI y de los Oficiales designados en el camión anti-dopaje de la organización situado junto a la línea de meta. ARTÍCULO 13 - Penalizaciones El baremo de las penalizaciones es el mismo que el de la UCI. 8

11 SPECIFIC RULES ARTICLE 1 - Organisation The THIRD MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA is organized by UNIPUBLIC, according to the rules of the International Cycling Union (UCI) and the Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC). It takes place on Sunday 10 th of September The third MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA is a WWT category race registered on the UCI Women s World Tour calendar. It will be held in Madrid on 15 laps of the Castellana circuit and covers a distance of 85.5 kilometres. ARTICLE 2 - Participation The third MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA is open, according to article of the UCI to UCI women s teams and national teams. The third MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA counts towards the Women s Elite ranking and awards points according to articles and of the UCI rules. MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA also counts toward the UCI s World Tour ranking and award points according to article of the UCI rules. The race awards the following points to the first 20 riders: and 2 points. For the best Young rider of the UCI Women s WorldTour, la MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA awards 6 4 and 2 points to the first 3 riders. All the competitors must belong to the Elite category. The Number of riders per team is restricted to a minimum of 4. ARTICLE 3 - Headquarters The starting procedures will take place on Saturday 9th of September from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm : Calle de Montalbán 1, Madrid Team registration, including racing license check and accreditation collection will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm by the team leader. The meeting of team management, in the presence of the Jury of the commissioner s members will take place at 7:00 pm at the Unipublic tent, Calle Montalbán 1, Madrid. ARTICLE 4 - Starting signature and presentation of the teams Signature of the starting sheet will take place by each team, Plaza de Cibeles from 1:10 pm to 1:55 pm. ARTICLE 5 - Radio Tour Race information will be broadcast on frequency ARTICLE 6 - Neutral technical Assistance Neutral technical assistance is provided by SHIMANO with 2 technical vehicles. ARTICLE 7 - Deadlines Any competitor finishing in a time exceeding 8% of the time of the winner is no longer retained in the standings. ARTICLE 8 - Protocol At the end of the race, the following people must present themselves at the formal ceremony at Plaza Cibeles: The top three finishers. The winner in the sprint category.
