However, this packet will serve as a guide as you prepare for the final exam: topics of vocabulary to review, regular verb families, irregular verbs, present tense, near-future tense, descriptions (adjectives), grammatical gender, etc. 1. Expressing OPINIONS TRANSLATE the following phrases related to expressing likes, dislikes, and opinions in SPANISH. Do you like? = Te gusta + one verb OR singular noun...? Same rule applies to ALL contexts with gusta/gustan Te gustan + multiple verbs OR multiple nouns...? & What do you like to do? = Qué te gusta hacer? encanta/encantan I like = [A mí] Me gusta I love = [A mí] Me encanta I prefer = Yo prefiero I want = Yo quiero I kinda like = Me gusta un poco / así, así but = pero I don t like (at all) = No me gusta (para nada) I don t want = Yo no quiero (Remember the 1-2 Punch Rule!
