10 Mini -Project Stem-changing verbs are also known as boot or shoe verbs. This is a fun activity to practice conjugation and create a great bulletin board or display. Give your students each a choice of boot. Assign each student an infinitive. Each student will complete the conjugation on his boot. Become shoe designers and decorate the boots. Create categories: best colors, most artistic etc. Have students vote for their favorites and award prizes. Display the boots on a bulletin board or in a hallway. 10
