1.Se usa para describir acciones que ya han acabado. 2.Aparece en la frase con expresiones como: -last month, last year (El mes pasado, el año pasado). -2 days ago, 3 years ago (Hace 2 días, hace 3 años). -yesterday, in 1987, in the 19th century. 2
3. Para escribir un verbo en pasado hay 2 formas: Verbos en pasado Regulares (Verbo +-ed) Walk /walked Irregulares (2ª columna ) Go/Went Nota: En pasado no existe -s para la 3ª persona del singular. 3

Ejercicio 2: Escribe estas oraciones en pasado (Son todos verbos regulares) Los verbos regulares no están en la lista. Se forma el pasado añadiendo -ed. We play basket. They talk with my family. We walk in the afternoon. You watch TV. 5
4. Verbos regulares en pasado (Verbo+- ed). Escribirlos bien y pronunciarlos bien. (Spelling and Pronounciation) Para escribir las palabras sin faltas de ortografía hay que aprender estas 3 reglas (SPELLING RULES) Estas reglas se usan siempre que a una palabra se le añada una terminación. (-s/ _ed/-er/-est/-ing) 6
A) Si el verbo termina en consonante, vocal y consonante y además el acento cae en esa sílaba, se dobla la última consonante. Stop Stopped Beg Begged B) Si el verbo termina en -e, se quita la -e y se añade la terminación. Move Moved C) Si el verbo termina en -y Vocal +y (no cambia) Play Played Consonante + y (Cambia) Cry Cried 7

ORACIONES NEGATIVAS E INTERROGATIVAS EN PASADO SIMPLE Se hacen de la misma manera da igual si el verbo es regular o irregular. Usamos el auxiliar DID Para las oraciones interrogativas colocamos Did al principio de la oración como si fuese ( ) Para las oraciones negativas usamos DIDN T delante del verbo. 13
Cuando ponemos una oración en negativa o interrogativa con DID o DIDN T el verbo se pone en presente (Quitamos la _ed o lo pasamos a la 1ª columna) 14
