3 Información General Inscripciones e identificativos para expositores: Como expositor del Congreso ECSS de Barcelona de 2013, usted tiene derecho a dos inscripciones gratuitas al congreso. Estas inscripciones le proporciona acceso a todas las funciones sociales, pausas café y almuerzos. Para obtener estas dos inscripciones gratuitas, debe de crear una cuenta ECSS en la siguiente página web de la congreso: o a través de su cuenta existente de congresos anteriores del ECSS. Una vez que la cuenta haya sido creada, usted podrá entrar en la misma y un número de identificación (ID) le será asignado. Por favor, informe de este ID a sales@ ecss.de para que el ECSS pueda cambiar su cuenta al estado de expositores. Si su empresa ya ha asignado las dos inscripciones gratuitas disponibles, todavía le pediremos que informe de su ID de cuenta para poner la misma en estado de expositores. Sin embargo, cualquier delegado adicional de su empresa que desee asistir a la exposición tiene que registrarse con una cuota de inscripción de 200, - EUR. Por favor recoja su tarjeta de identificación el Miércoles, 26 de junio 2013 en los mostradores de registros. Los identificativos no se enviarán por correo con antelación. Identificativos en blanco para los montadores sólo serán válidos para el montaje de la exposición y hasta la apertura oficial de la misma. Dichos identificativos también estará disponible en el mostrador de registro. Alojamiento: Barcelona va a estar muy visitado en la época del congreso. 4 General Information Exhibitor registration and Badges: As an exhibitor at ECSS Barcelona 2013, you qualify for two free registrations at the congress, providing you access to all social functions, coffee breaks and lunches. To avail yourself of these two free registrations, each delegate must create an ECSS account on the conference website following: de/asp/mobi/mobilogin.asp or login to your existing account from previous ECSS congresses. Once the account has been created, you will be able to enter the account and an ECSS account ID will be dedicated to you. Please report back this account ID to and ECSS will set your account to exhibitors status. If your company has already distributed the two free registrations available, we still ask you to report back your account IDs to put your account to exhibitors status. However, any additional delegate from your company wishing to attend the exhibition needs to register. Registrations are to be purchased at a registration fee of 200,- EUR. Please pick up your badge on Wednesday, 26 th June 2013 at the registration desk, since badges will not be mailed in advance. Blank constructors badges, only valid until opening of the exhibition, will also be available at the registration desk. Accommodation: Barcelona will be very crowded in the period of the congress, therefore an early booking of hotel rooms is advised. 19 Responsabilidad Al alquilar un stand, el expositor se hace responsable de los posibles daños al personal y el equipamiento. Las empresas aceptan que ni la institución anfitriona, INEFC ni el organizador del congreso ECSS asumir ningún tipo de responsabilidad. Las empresas deberán hacer sus propios arreglos en cuanto a seguros para los trabajadores y el stand. Reglamento General La altura máxima para los stands no construidos por la organización del congreso será de 5 metros. Cada empresa es responsable de la instalación y desmontaje de su propio stand, sin causar ningún daño en la sala. Con el fin de no dañar el suelo de la sala, sólo están permitidos dispositivos manuales y con ruedas de goma dentro del edificio. Por favor tenga en cuenta esta norma y avise a su personal de montaje. Está prohibido clavar, atornillar o pegar elementos en la estructura del stand y en la sala de exposiciones. Cualquier deterioro / daño se facturará al expositor. Todos los materiales utilizados para la construcción de stands y todo el equipo dentro del mismo deben ser ignífugos (certificados obligatorios). Estos certificados deben estar en el stand durante montaje, exposición y desmontaje. Queda terminantemente prohibido mostrar cualquier información fuera de su stand sin la aprobación explícita del ECSS. No deje desatendido el stand mientras que los congresistas se encuentran en la exposición. Los expositores deben dejar la sala de la exposición en las mismas condiciones en las cuales se la han encontrado inicialmente. Aquellos expositores que no desean contratan nada de lo ofrecido en este manual solo dispondrán del espacio diáfano en la exposición comercial. 17

21 Liability In renting a stand space, the exhibitor becomes liable for harm to staff and equipment. Companies agree that neither the hosting institution, INEFC nor the conference organizer, ECSS assume any liability whatsoever. Companies are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of insurance for the stand and staff members. General Regulations The maximum hight for boothes not built by the congress organization is 5 meters. Each company is responsible for installing and removing its own stand, without causing any damage to the halls or the entrance of the halls. In order not to damage the floor of the exhibition, only manually operated pallet jacks or any other jacking device with rubber wheels are allowed inside the building. Ask your on-site personnel to pay close attention to this issue. It is prohibited to nail, screw or stick items onto the structure of the exhibition hall. Any deterioration/ damage will be invoiced to the exhibitor. All materials used for the construction of the stand and all equipment on the stand during the exhibition must be fireproof (certificates obligatory). These certificates must be on the stand during setup, exhibition and dismantling. It is strictly forbidden to display any information outside your stand without the explicit approval of ECSS. Do not leave booths unattended while visitors are still in the exhibition. Exhibitors are to leave the exhibition in the same conditions in which it was found initially. If the exhibitors don t wish to order the items offered in this manual they will have a clear space in the exhibition area. 19

24 ENTREGA DE MATERIALES DEL CONGRESO INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY OF CONGRESS MATERIALS Información - Todo material que se manda al INEFC para los stands tiene que ser avisado previamente a MCI. - Para identificar los bultos es imprescindible usar la plantilla abajo indicada. - Los bultos no pueden exceder las siguientes medidas: 1,20 mtr. ancho x 2 mtr. largo x 2 mtr. altura. - El peso máximo es 350 kg / m². Si el elemento tiene patas, su base debe ser lo suficientemente amplia para distribuir la carga en un punto. - Se puede enviar material al INEFC para el congreso los días 20, 21, 24 y 25 de junio El horario de entrega de material será de 09:00 a 18:00 horas. - Los envíos serán libres de cargos para el receptor INEFC. 25 MONTAJE Y HORARIO DE LA EXPOSICIÓN SET UP, EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS AND DISMANTLING Montaje El montaje de los stands tendrá lugar el día 25 de junio 2013 de 09:00 a 20:00 horas. El mismo tiene que ser finalizado el día 26 de junio a las 13:00 horas. Set Up The set up of the booth will be held on June 25 th, 2013 from 09:00 to 20:00 hours. The same has to be completed on June 26 th before 13:00 hours. Horario de la exposición / Exhibition opening schedule 26 de junio / june 26 th 15:00 20:00 hrs. 27 de junio / june 27 th 10:00 16:30 hrs. 28 de junio / june 28 th 10:00 16:30 hrs. 29 de junio / june 29 th 10:00 14:00 hrs. Desmontaje El desmontaje comenzará el día 29 de junio a las 14:00 hrs. y a las 21:00 horas tiene que finalizar el mismo. Todos los paquetes que se queden en la sala tienen que ser correctamente señalizados para su recogida este mismo día o el lunes 1 de julio. Todo el material se tiene que recoger el mismo lunes antes de las 18:00 horas. Dismantling Dismantling will begin on Saturday 29 th at 14:00 hours and must be completed at 21 hours. All packages that are in the exhibition area has to be properly marked for the pick up this day or on Monday July 1 st. All material must be picked up at Monday before 18:00. 23
