2 BASIS OF COMPETITION OF THE PAN AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP STRUGGLES ASSOCIATED RULE I ARTICLE ONE: The Pan American Cadet Championship Associated Wrestling, will be held on days 1 through July 5, 2015, at the Dome of the Code Jalisco, located at 1360 Avenida Alcalde Prolongation Guadalajara Jalisco. Mexico. ARTICLE TWO: The competition takes place in the category Cadets (16-17 years) in the styles recognized by United World Wrestling (UWW) these are Greco-Roman Style (GR), Freestyle (FS) and Female (FW). RULE II ARTICLE THREE: The Pan American Cadet Championships Associated Wrestling part of the official competition program of the UWW. ARTICLE FOUR: All teams must have the endorsement of their National Federation. ARTICLE FIVE: Each delegation shall include, at a minimum, stipulated by UWW referees according to the number of registered athletes. (We remind you that those who fail to comply with this will receive sanction from the UWW, since this is a competition OFFICIAL). ARTICLE SIX: Registration will be on forms provided the Mexican Federation of Associated Wrestling. Leaves preliminary registration must be sent to our office no later than 30 days before the start of the competition. Final registration will take place at the technical meeting, according to the program of activities. ARTICLE SEVEN: The fighters under age 15 and meet at least 15 years in 2015, may participate but must have medical and parental certificate (International Wrestling Rules, Article 7).

3 RULE III ARTICLE EIGHT: Athletes who wish may participate in the two fighting styles. ARTICLE NINE: You will compete in the following official weight divisions: Male (Free and Greco): 40-42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85 and 100 kilograms. Female: 36-38, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70 Kilograms. TENTH ARTICLE: Only one weighing is undertaken by Style lasting 30 minutes (see program competencies). RULE IV ELEVENTH ARTICLE: all delegations will stay at the host hotel. TWELFTH ARTICLE: The cost per day per participant will be 130 USD. Including the costs of lodging, meals, internal transportation to the area of competence and training. 4 RULE V ARTICLE SEVENTEEN: PROGRAM ACTIVITIES According with the annexed program. 8 BASES DE COMPETENCIA CAMPEONATO PANAMERICANO DE CADETES DE LUCHAS ASOCIADAS REGLA I ARTICULO PRIMERO: El campeonato Panamericano de Cadetes de Luchas Asociadas, se llevará a cabo los días 1 al 5 de Julio de 2015, en el Domo del Code Jalisco, con dirección en Avenida Prolongación Alcalde # 1360 Guadalajara Jalisco. México. ARTICULO SEGUNDO: La competencia se realizará en la categoría CADETES (16-17 años) en los estilos reconocidos por la United World Wrestling (UWW) ; esto es Estilo Greco-Romana (Gr), Libre (LL) y Femenino (LF). REGLA II ARTICULO TERCERO: El Campeonato Panamericano de Cadetes de Luchas Asociadas forma parte del programa oficial de competencias de la UWW. ARTICULO CUARTO: Todos los equipos participantes deben contar con el aval de su respectiva Federación Nacional. ARTICULO QUINTO: Cada delegación deberá incluir, como mínimo, los árbitros estipulados por la UWW de acuerdo a la cantidad de atletas inscritos. (Se les recuerda que quienes incumplan con esto recibirán sanción por parte de la UWW, ya que se trata de una competencia OFICIAL). ARTICULO SEXTO: La inscripción se hará en los formularios que proporcionará la Federación Mexicana de Luchas Asociadas. Las Hojas de inscripción preliminar deberán enviarse a nuestra sede, a más tardar 30 días antes del inicio de la competencia. La inscripción definitiva se realizará en el congresillo técnico, de acuerdo al programa de actividades. ARTICULO SEPTIMO: Los luchadores que cumplan como mínimo 15 años, en el año 2015, podrán participar pero deberán contar con autorización médica y de sus padres (Reglamento Internacional de Lucha, Artículo 7).

9 REGLA III ARTICULO OCTAVO: Los atletas que lo deseen pueden participar en los dos estilos de lucha. ARTÍCULO NOVENO: Se competirá en las siguientes divisiones oficiales de peso: Masculino (Libre y Greco): 40-42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85 y 100 kilogramos. Femenino: 36-38, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70 Kilogramos. ARTICULO DECIMO: Únicamente se realizará un pesaje por Estilo con duración de 30 Minutos (ver programa de competencias). REGLA IV ARTICULO DECIMO PRIMERO: Todas las delegaciones participantes estarán hospedadas en el hotel sede propuesto por el comité organizador. ARTICULO DECIMO SEGUNDO: El costo por día por participante será de 130 USD. Incluyendo los gastos de hospedaje, alimentación, trasporte interno al área de competencia y de entrenamiento. ARTICULO DECIMO TERCERO: Por ser un torneo categoría Cadetes, los luchadores requieren de Licencia oficial, los precios de esta estarán estipulados por la UWW. El arbitraje estará a cargo de los instructores designados por la UWW. ARTICULO DECIMO CUARTO: Todas las Delegaciones participantes deberán llegar a la Ciudad de Guadalajara, el día miércoles 1 de Julio del Para poder garantizarles el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, es necesario que envíen al comité organizador, con no menos de 15 días de anticipación, la cantidad de personas, línea aérea, número de vuelo y hora de llegada. ARTICULO DECIMO QUINTO. El Comité Organizador proporcionará el transporte interno durante las fechas indicadas en la programación. ARTICULO DECIMO SEXTO: Se les recuerda que de acuerdo a las regulaciones de la UWW es OBLIGATORIO que todas las delegaciones participantes se hospeden en el hotel designado por el Comité Organizador. Por ninguna razón se admitirán cambios al respecto.

10 REGLA V ARTÍCULO DECIMO SÉPTIMO: PROGRAMA DE ACTIVIDADES Según programa anexo. Si alguna delegación desea llegar antes de la fecha prevista o bien permanecer más tiempo, deberá realizar arreglos especiales con el Comité Organizador, con suficiente anticipación. ARTICULO DECIMO OCTAVO: Las competencias se llevarán a cabo de conformidad con lo establecido en el reglamento de competencias de la United World Wrestling (UWW). ARTICULO DECIMO NOVENO: Se emplearán dos (02) colchones oficiales para el desarrollo de la competencia, con sus respectivas cámaras de video y televisión y 2 de calentamiento. ARTICULO VIGESIMO: Las competencias se realizarán en 2 colchones con las divisiones de peso divididas de la siguiente forma: Colchón 1: 42, 50, 58, 69, 85 Kilogramos. Varonil Colchón 2: 46, 54, 63, 76, 100 Kilogramos. Varonil Colchón 1: 38, 43, 49, 56, 65 Kilogramos Femenil Colchón 2: 40, 46, 52, 60, 70 Kilogramos Femenil ARTÍCULO VIGÉSIMO PRIMERO: De acuerdo a las regulaciones técnicas de la UWW habrá CLINICA DE ARBITRAJE. Los árbitros deberán tener la estampilla oficial del año 2015 REGLA VI PROTOCOLO ARTICULO VIGÉSIMO SEGUNDO: Todas las delegaciones deberán participar en el acto de inauguración. Deben traer bandera e himno de su país (en MP3 ó CD).

11 REGLA VII DE LA PREMIACION ARTICULO VIGESIMO TERCERO: Se premiará individualmente a cada luchador que clasifique entre los tres primeros lugares de su respectiva división y estilo, a la cual deberán ir vestidos con su uniforme representativo de su país. Para el efecto se otorgarán medallas de oro, plata y 2 de bronce respectivamente. ARTICULO VIGESIMO CUARTO: Se entregarán trofeos para los 3 primeros lugares por equipos en cada estilo y trofeo de premiación General. Diplomas de Participación a todos los participantes. REGLA VIII VARIOS ARTICULO VIGESIMO QUINTO: La Federación Mexicana de Luchas Asociadas y el Comité Organizador únicamente se responsabilizan por el servicio médico de primeros auxilios en el lugar de competencias. Cualquier atención médico-hospitalaria originada en los entrenamientos, competencias o fuera de estas deberá ser cubierta por las Delegaciones Extranjeras participantes. ARTICULO VIGESIMO SEXTO: En el Aeropuerto Internacional Miguel Hidalgo de la Ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco. México. Se deberá cancelar, al momento de abandonar nuestro país, la cantidad de por definir por persona, por concepto de impuesto (NO HAY EXONERACION PARA DELEGACIONES DEPORTIVAS). ARTICULO VIGESIMO SEPTIMO: El Comité organizador no se responsabiliza del transporte interno, hospedaje y alimentación de aquellas delegaciones que no informen de su llegada, por lo menos con 15 días de anticipación.
