2 INVITATION Panamerican Open Buenos Aires 2015 March 21st and 22nd 2015 Gentlemen: Presidents of the National Federations of Judo This time we are writing to you to invite the 21 and 22 March 2015, to participate in the OPEN PANAMERICAN BUENOS AIRES 2015, may participate all Federations affiliated to the International Judo Federation, to be held in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The competition will be held in the senior categories for men and women. Attached annex regulations for the event, program, registration forms flight itineraries. 5 Panamerican Open Competition System: The Tournament will be conducted according to the rules and the IJF Sporting Code, the repechage will be applied in the last 8 competitors, the top eight competitors in the world rankings, will be separated in the draw. PARTICIPATION: Each country may enter a maximum of four competitors per weight category. Judoguis: Judogi blue and white will be be mandatory for every competitor. Judoguis control is done through rules adopted by the the IJF Sokuteki from January 1, Doping Control: The gold medal winner and one of the key medalist in each category will participate in doping control. Referees: Referees must be licensed by the International Judo Federation, Class "A" or "B". Referee Clinic: Registration: Friday at 19:00. 7 Panamerican Open Very important note, hiring accommodation and food is for a minimum period of three days, can not be partialize, meaning that the minimum stay is 3 three days. The Argentina Confederation of Judo not assume any responsibility for the availability of accommodation and food in case of breach of the deadlines for registration and booking. ALL FORMS MUST BE PAID IN CASH (DOLLARS) do not accept checks, CREDIT CARDS, TRAVELERS CHECKS OR CERTIFICATES OF TRANSFER OF ANY KIND Countries that do not accept the accommodation options offered by the organizing committee, we do not provide transportation or food during their stay in the country. And they will pay aof $ USD per person, to cover organizational costs. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. 6

8 IMPORTANT NOTE: The Organizing Committee will provide medical services during the competition, however if a member of a delegation requires hospital treatment and surgery while in Argentina, each delegation will be responsible for covering these costs.
