7 Mensaje del Presidente Chairman s Message 2006 P ara la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago el desempeño del año 2006 fue muy positivo, destacándose el crecimiento de los precios de las acciones y de los montos transados. Así, el año terminó por tercer período consecutivo con una cifra récord en actividad, al alcanzar un volumen transado en acciones de 116 millones de dólares promedio diarios. En contraste, y a pesar de las favorables condiciones económicas internacionales, el desempeño de la economía nacional mostró un comportamiento poco satisfactorio, con un producto interno bruto que sólo creció moderadamente en torno al 4%, cifra muy inferior a las estimaciones y proyecciones de las autoridades económicas y de la mayoría de los analistas. Esta desaceleración de la actividad resulta desalentadora considerando los altos precios alcanzados por los principales productos de exportación, los que han estado impulsados por el fuerte dinamismo de los principales socios comerciales de Chile en el exterior. En este ámbito, las exportaciones se acercaron a los millones de dólares, cifra 45% mayor a la alcanzada en 2005, la cual ya había marcado un récord histórico. Del mismo modo, la balanza comercial anotó un superávit 126% mayor al del año pasado, sobrepasando los millones de dólares. Uno de los principales responsables de esta fuerte alza de las exportaciones fue la alta cotización del cobre en los mercados internacionales, registrándose un precio promedio de 3,05 dólares la libra y superando largamente las cifras registradas durante el año anterior. Por su parte, el tipo de cambio promedió un valor de $ 530,34 por dólar, el más bajo desde El valor de la divisa tuvo poca volatilidad durante la mayor parte del año, anotando un precio observado mínimo de $ 511,44 y uno máximo de $ 549,63, durante los meses de abril y junio, respectivamente. T he year 2006 was very positive for the Santiago Stock Exchange, the increase of share prices and its traded volume was outstanding. For the third consecutive period the year ended with a record figure in activity, reaching a $116 million US dollars of daily average volume of traded shares. In contrast, and in spite of the favorable international economic conditions, the national economy did not show a satisfactory performance, since the gross domestic product (GDP) only grew around 4%, this figure is much lower than the estimates and projections made by economic authorities and by most analysts. The activity deceleration becomes discouraging considering the high prices reached by the main export products, which have been stimulated by the strong dynamism of Chile s principal international commercial associates. In this aspect, exports reached $ 58,996 million dollars, representing an increase of 45% compare to year 2005, which already had shown a historic record. In the same way, the trade balance had a surplus of $ 23,021 million US dollars. One of the main factors of the strong rise in exports was the high price of copper on international markets, where the average price was $3.05 US dollars per pound, which represents an important increase in the prices recorded last year. The dollar-peso exchange rate, expressed in pesos per dollar, averaged $530.34, hitting the lowest exchange rate since The currency had a small volatility during most of the year, with an observed minimal price of $ in April and a maximum price of $ in June. 8 2006 Mensaje del Presidente Chairman s Message En cuando a la evolución de la inflación, ésta se mantuvo dentro del rango meta del Banco Central pero bajo su promedio, al acumular un crecimiento de 2,6% en doce meses, donde los grupos transporte, educación y vivienda fueron los que presentaron las mayores alzas. En materia bursátil, el año 2006 fue de gran actividad, tanto en montos transados como en aumento de precios. El mercado reflejó el gran interés de los inversionistas nacionales y extranjeros por adquirir acciones nacionales, impulsados por tasas de interés en mínimos históricos, altos precios de los principales productos de exportación de Chile y, en general, por el próspero escenario por el que atraviesa la mayoría de las economías internacionales. En este entorno favorable, el mercado accionario registró un monto total transado de millones de dólares, anotando un crecimiento del 41% respecto al año anterior y un récord histórico de transacciones. Esta gran demanda también impactó positivamente los precios de las acciones, al registrar un incremento de 37,1% en el Indice Selectivo de Precios de Acciones IPSA, que agrupa a los 40 títulos más líquidos del mercado, y un crecimiento de 34,4% en el Indice General de Precios de Acciones IGPA, que contiene 157 títulos. En esta tendencia alcista, ambos índices terminaron el año en niveles récord históricos, ubicando a la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago en el cuarto lugar de Latinoamérica en cuanto a las bolsas con mejor rendimiento. Al igual que los 2 años anteriores, 2006 fue un año de importantes aperturas de nuevas empresas al mercado. En octubre se colocaron en Bolsa 29 millones de dólares en acciones de Paz Corp, en noviembre 215 millones de dólares en acciones de Sonda y en diciembre 45 millones de dólares en acciones de Forus. Todas estas aperturas fueron realizadas a través del Sistema de Subasta de un Libro de Ordenes, sistema electrónico para el ingreso y adjudicación de ofertas de apertura de sociedades desarrollado por la propia Bolsa, el cual se consolidó como el mecanismo preferido para iniciar procesos de apertura en Bolsa. This great demand also had a positive impact in share prices, since the Selective Price Index IPSA, which includes the 40 companies most important in terms of liquidity in the market, registered an increment of 37.1% and the General Share Price IGPA, which includes 157 titles, presented an increment of 34.4%. Due to this upward trend, both indexes were at historic levels at the end of the year, consequently the Santiago Stock Exchange is ranked fourth in Latin America when it comes to best performing markets. As occurred in the two previous years, during year 2006 new important companies went public. In October, Paz Corp raised $29 million dollars in Santiago Stock Exchange, in November Sonda raised $215 million US dollars and in December, Forus company placed shares for a value of $45 million US dollars. These new listing were done in the Orders Book Auction, an electronic system developed by the Santiago Stock Exchange for the reception and distribution of offers, a mechanism that has consolidated it self as the preferred system for IPO s process in the Stock Exchange. The short and long term debt market also showed a positive evolution and a great

9 Mensaje del Presidente Chairman s Message 2006 gran dinamismo, alcanzando montos transados en rueda de millones de dólares, lo que representa un aumento en la actividad del 18% respecto del año anterior. En este escenario y aprovechando las convenientes tasas de mercado vigentes en 2006, se mantuvieron los incentivos para que las empresas realizaran importantes colocaciones de bonos, totalizando un monto de emisiones primarias de millones de dólares. En cuanto al comportamiento de los precios de los bonos de referencia para el mercado local, observamos que 2006 fue un año de baja volatilidad, donde el índice de renta fija CENTRAL-10, que mide las variaciones de rentabilidad de una cartera de bonos emitidos por el Banco Central con plazo residual en torno a los 10 años, anotó un aumento anual de 1,1%. En el ámbito institucional, la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago ratificó su liderazgo en el mercado de valores nacional, alcanzando una participación de un 86,3% del total transado en el mercado accionario durante 2006, correspondiendo a la participación anual más alta observada históricamente en dicho mercado. Esta posición se suma a los esfuerzos desplegados en mejorar la eficiencia operativa, adoptar estándares internacionales y potenciar la integridad y confiabilidad de nuestro mercado. En este sentido, durante el año 2006 la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago materializó diversos proyectos tendientes a perfeccionar la operación del mercado bursátil y su ámbito de autorregulación, así como también apoyar la gestión de los corredores y participantes del mercado de capitales. Así, en el ámbito de autorregulación se incorporó a la reglamentación bursátil el denominado Comité de Regulación, órgano constituido por profesionales independientes a la Bolsa, que se encargará principalmente de conocer y resolver los reclamos que por infracciones a los Estatutos o al Reglamento de la Bolsa o a las normas impartidas por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros, se susciten entre nuestros corredores. Además, dicho Comité deberá velar por la mantención de un mercado equitativo, competitivo, ordenado y transparente, contando con atribuciones para cumplir con este mandato. dynamism, reaching floor trading amounts of $121,663 million US dollars, which represents an increase in activity of 18% from the previous year. Regarding auto-regulation, the Santiago Stock Exchange incorporated into its own regulations a Regulation Committee, constituted by independent professionals, who will be in charge of receiving and solving claims for infractions to the Stock Exchange Regulation, or to the procedures given by the Superintendence of Securities and Insurances, done by stock brokers. In addition, the Committee must guard the maintenance of an equitable, competitive, organized and transparent market, counting with the attributions needed to fulfill this task. Regarding operative aspect, during 2006 the money market and fixed income market with settlement conditions paying in the same day and repo over stock were officially incorporated

10 2006 Mensaje del Presidente Chairman s Message En materias operativas, se inició el funcionamiento oficial de la Cámara PH y Cámara SM del Sistema de Compensación y Liquidación Garantizada (SCL), las cuales permiten compensar y garantizar la liquidación de las operaciones de IIF e IRF con condición de liquidación pagadero en el día y las operaciones simultáneas y a plazo, respectivamente. Estas Cámaras se suman a las Cámaras de acciones y renta fija, cuya operación ha significado un enorme avance en materia de seguridad, costo y eficiencia en la operatoria de los corredores, permitiendo ahorros significativos de tiempo y costos a nivel de traspasos de fondos y de títulos, agregando adicionalmente importantes mecanismos de seguridad al solicitar garantías en proporción a los niveles de transacción de los participantes. En temas de mercado, durante 2006 se observó un aumento importante de las operaciones de venta corta y préstamos de valores. El crecimiento de estas operaciones financieras, utilizadas por los inversionistas cuando esperan que bajen los precios de los activos, es un gran avance para el desarrollo del mercado accionario local, ya que son esenciales para el surgimiento de nuevos productos, tales como los derivados. Asimismo, desde el 2 de enero de 2007 la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago empezó a calcular nuevos índices sectoriales, los cuales fueron diseñados y elaborados con el objeto de ofrecer benchmark sectoriales que sean representativos y relevantes para el mercado accionario chileno, y que al mismo tiempo utilicen estándares y reglas de cálculo internacionales. Así, se crearon los índices Banca, Commodities, Comunicaciones y Tecnología, Consumo, Industrial, Retail y Utilities, que están siendo informados conjuntamente con los índices IGPA, IPSA e INTER-10. En materia tecnológica, durante 2006 se realizaron inversiones por 2,3 millones de dólares, destinados tanto a nuevos equipamientos computacionales como al desarrollo de importantes proyectos de apoyo a la gestión de los participantes del mercado, entre los que se destaca un sistema integral de gestión para la administración de tesorería de instituciones financieras y un nuevo to the Sistema de Liquidación y Compensación (SCL) allowing brokers to compensate and guarantee the settlement of their trades. Since January 2 nd 2007 the Santiago Stock Exchange begun calculating new sectorial indexes, which were designed and elaborated to offer sectorial benchmarks that are representative and relevant to the Chilean market, assuring the use of standard and international rules of calculation. The indexes created are: Banking, Commodities, Communications and Technology, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Retail and Utilities, all of which are being informed jointly with the indexes IGPA, IPSA and INTER-10. Regarding the technological investment, in 2006 $2.3 million US dollars were spent on the acquisition of new computer equipment as well as the development of important projects that support the management done by the market participants, such as treasuries system for financial institutions and a new front-to-end for the Brokers System Management, orientated to the commercial department and to Internet clients application. I n s u m m a r y, o u r l e a d e r s h i p a n d improvements achieved in auto-regulation, operative efficiency and standard incorporation, allow us to rely on a solid base to work for the

Central Bank Bonds, Zero Coupon Bonds and Mortgage papers issued by Financial Institutions are included among the securities negotiable through this system Electronic Auction of Fixed Income Instruments and Money Market Instruments The Electronic Auction of Fixed Income and Money Market papers is designed to accumulate ask offers during certain periods of the day so that buyers can submit their bid offers. After each allocated time period has lapsed, the system assigns the papers to the highest bidder in Concurring Auction mode Electronic Auction of Shares This is the electronic input, diffusion and transaction of equity under the Concurring Auction mode. El sistema está habilitado para recibir ofertas de instrumentos de deuda tanto para el mercado primario como secundario Dutch Auction This system is oriented towards the electronic negotiation of Fixed Income papers via the filing of offers that are then auctioned off and awarded under the single rate mode to all highest bids received. The system receives offers for debt papers both from the primary and the secondary market Sistema de Ofertas a Firme en Bloque El Sistema de Ofertas a Firme en Bloque es un sistema de transacción de acciones donde se ingresan ofertas a firme, cada una con un período de vigencia definido por el propio oferente, durante el cual se mantiene un libro con las órdenes de aceptación de cada oferta a firme. El calce de las órdenes del libro correspondiente se produce, si procede, al término de la vigencia de la oferta a firme que estén aceptando. En este sistema se negocian las OPAS por hasta un 5% de las acciones emitidas por una sociedad, que se realicen en conformidad a lo establecido en los artículos 198 y 200 de la Ley N S u ba s t a d e u n L i b r o d e Ordenes Este sistema de negociación permite efectuar tanto la colocación de acciones de primera emisión como la venta de paquetes accionarios de gran tamaño. Para ello, cuenta con un procedimiento automático de recopilación de órdenes desde los terminales de corredores, las que son registradas en un libro que las segmenta según las características definidas previamente por el agente colocador. Finalmente, al cierre del libro se ejecuta la asignación de acciones a cada una de las órdenes que cumplió con los requisitos de la oferta, utilizando para ello factores de prorrata resultantes de la relación entre la oferta y la demanda Block offering system The System for Firm Offers in Blocks is a stock transaction system whereby firm offers are filed, each one with a lifespan defined by the offerer himself. During this period, a book is kept with acceptances of all firm offers. The corresponding assignment of the orders in the book occurs, if applicable, when the defined lifespan lapses. The takeover bids (OPA from the initials in Spanish) which are carried out pursuant to articles 198 and 200 of Law N 18,045 are negotiated under this system for up to 5% of the stock issued by a company. 2.8 Orders Book Auction This negotiation system allows the offering of first issued stocks as well as the offering of big size share packages. It counts with an automatic procedure to receive orders from each broker station, this orders are registered in a book that segments them by the conditions previously defined by the agent who offers the stocks. Finally, at the closing of the book it distributes the stocks for every order that accomplished the requisites of the offer by using the proportion factors the resulted from the relation between the supply and demand.

BACK OFFICE 3.1 Sistema de Gestión Corredores 2.0 El Sistema de Gestión Corredores 2.0 fue desarrollado por la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago y comprende diversos módulos orientados al desarrollo de la gestión operativa, financiera y comercial de la Corredora, permitiendo integrar las funciones de los distintos mercados que operan en Bolsa. Adicionalmente, el sistema cuenta con el Módulo Internet, que habilita a los Clientes de la Corredora de Bolsa a ingresar órdenes de compra y venta de acciones, consultar saldos de su custodia y cartola de movimientos, entre otras opciones, constituyendo para la Corredora un canal complementario de distribución para atender y relacionarse con sus Clientes. 3.2 SIGA Fondos Mutuos Sistema de Back Office para Administradoras de Fondos de Inversión. Integra las operaciones de los distintos mercados con los procesos administrativos de la compañía. Facilita el manejo de múltiples fondos de inversión, en diversas monedas y con instrumentos nacionales e internacionales, considerando además los límites formativos y de inversión que se establezcan. Incluye herramientas de valorización, acceso a tasas y precios de mercado y variaciones de capital, entre otros. 3.3 Valorizador On Demand El servicio de Valorización On Demand está orientado a inversionistas que mantienen o administran carteras de instrumentos de deuda. Permite efectuar el proceso de cálculo y valorización de instrumentos de Renta Fija (RF) e Intermediación Financiera (IF) en modalidad on demand, al momento que el usuario lo requiera, utilizando tecnología de Web Services. Debido a que el Sistema es autónomo y se encuentra radicado completamente en los Servidores de la Bolsa (incluyendo Bases de Datos de transacciones y Parámetros Financieros actualizados), permite a los Clientes contar con mayores eficiencias en sus procesos de valorización de instrumentos, dando como resultado un servicio completo, con menores costos de implementación y mantención. 4. SISTEMA DE REGISTRO OTC Sistema electrónico que permite, a través de las aplicaciones OTC Trade Dólar, OTC Funding y OTC Tasas, la difusión y registro de operaciones efectuadas por los Bancos Comerciales en los mercados Over The Counter del Dólar Spot, Cámaras en Moneda Nacional e Instrumentos de Renta Fija del Banco Central, respectivamente. 3. BACK OFFICE 3.1 Broker Management System 2.0 The Broker Management System 2.0 was developed by the Santiago Stock Exchange and includes several modules oriented toward the development of the operational, financial and commercial management of Brokerage Firms, integrating the functions of all markets operating at the Stock Exchange. Additionally, the system has an Internet Module that enables the broker s clients to enter purchase and sale orders for shares, make inquiries about their balance in the broker s custody and download transaction statements, among other options, thus becoming a complementary channel for the Brokerage Firm to provide services and communicate with its clients. 3.2 SIGA Mutual Funds A management system developed for Mutual Funds. Includes several modules oriented toward the development of the operational, financial and commercial management of Mutual Funds Firms, integrating the functions of all markets operating at the Stock Exchange. 3.3 Valuation on Deamand The service of Valuation On Demand is oriented to investors who maintain or manage portfolios of debt instruments. It allows to carry out the process of calculation and valuation of Fixed Income Instruments and Money Market Instruments in an on demand modality, anytime that the user requires it, using Web Services technology. This System is autonomous and it is completely installed in the servers of the Santiago Stock Exchange (including Data Bases of updated transactions and Financial Parameters). It allows Clients to count on greater efficiencies in the processes of instrument valuation, giving as a result a complete service, with smaller costs of implementation and maintenance. 4. OTC REGISTRATION SYSTEM This is an electronic system that, through the OTC Trade Dollar, OTC Funding and OTC Rates applications, allows the transmission and registration of the operations carried out by commercial banks in the Over the Counter Markets of Spot Dollar, National Currency Exchanges, and Central Bank Fixed Income papers. 29

SERVICIO BOLSABANC Bolsabanc es un servicio que entrega a las instituciones financieras y grandes empresas información en tiempo real, a través de un ticker con las transacciones, montos, índices y precios del mercado accionario y de renta fija de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, con el objeto que ésta sea difundida por la red computacional interna de la institución que lo contrata. La principal ventaja de Bolsabanc es que permite incorporar información bursátil a la plataforma computacional del banco o empresa como una aplicación más de su sistema. 5. BOLSABANC SERVICE Bolsabanc is a service that provides financial institutions and large companies with real time information through a ticker which shows the transactions, traded amounts, indexes and prices of the equity and fixed income markets of the Santiago Stock Exchange, in order to allow this information to be distributed on the subscribing institution s intranet. Bolsabanc s main advantage is that it allows the incorporation of stock exchange information to the computer platform of the bank or company by way of a simple application. 6. SERVICIO BOLSATICKERS Bolsatickers es un servicio orientado principalmente a empresas distribuidoras de información (Vendors), a las que se proporciona información de los mercados accionario y de renta fija, a través de un ticker en tiempo real, con el objeto que sea distribuida a sus clientes. De esta forma, los usuarios de las distintas redes mundiales de información pueden recibir en sus computadores antecedentes de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago. 6. BOLSATICKERS SERVICE Bolsatickers is a service oriented mainly to data distribution companies (Vendors) to whom it supplies information about the equity and fixed income markets through a real-time data feed. This information can then be when distributed, in turn, to their clients. Thus, users of the main worldwide information networks can access information from the Santiago Stock Exchange on their computers INTERNET E INTRANET Desde 1995, la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago cuenta con sitio web en Internet, con la finalidad de conectarse al mundo a través de este masivo canal de información. Ruteo de órdenes El sistema automatizado de Ruteo de órdenes permite que los clientes de los corredores de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago puedan canalizar en tiempo real órdenes de compra y venta de acciones directamente a los sistemas de negociación del mercado accionario de esta bolsa y a más de 40 mercados internacionales. El proceso se efectúa mediante autorizaciones y filtros definidos por los propios corredores que validan los datos de los clientes, quienes reciben en tiempo real la información sobre el estado de las órdenes, los movimientos y el estado de la custodia, entre otros StockView (Información en tiempo real) StockView es un servicio mediante el cual se puede acceder a la información de los distintos mercados en tiempo real. Este servicio permite, entre otras alternativas, consultar por los antecedentes relevantes de una compañía, detalle de transacciones, desarrollo gráfico de los indicadores IPSA e IGPA y sus respectivos montos transados, información sobre ADR s, indicadores financieros, además de crear y valorizar carteras de inversiones Concurso de Cartera de Inversión Universitario y Abierto Como es tradición, hace ya 17 años que la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago desarrolla anualmente el Concurso de Carteras de Inversión (CCI), siendo la octava vez que éste se realiza a través de Internet. Desde el año 2001, el CCI se extendió al público en general, a través de la versión Abierta, desarrollándose de esta forma dos concursos que operan simultáneamente. Esto ha permitido aumentar significativamente el número de participantes, los que abarcan variadas profesiones y edades. Durante el desarrollo de ambos concursos, los participantes simulan la compra y venta de acciones en tiempo real directamente en una aplicación web que emula la negociación electrónica, lo que les permite lograr una percepción muy cercana del mercado. 7.5 Internet Tickers El servicio Internet Tickers permite a empresas distribuidoras de información mostrar en sus portales en Internet los Indices y precios de las acciones que se transan en la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, con un desfase de 20 minutos. Este servicio consiste en un flujo permanente de tickers, generados a partir de las operaciones que se realizan en Bolsa y que son enviados hacia el servidor del Portal. 7.6 CIBe (Centro de Información Bursátil Electrónico) El servicio forma parte de la Intranet de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago y permite a los usuarios encontrar toda la información del acontecer bursátil en un solo lugar y en forma oportuna. Al ingresar al CIBe entrega información de noticias y hechos esenciales, comunicados de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago y de las empresas emisoras, manuales de operación de los distintos sistemas, aspectos legales y tributarios Order Routing The automated Order Routing system shows clients of the Santiago Stock Exchange to channel stock purchase and sell orders in real-time directly to the Exchange s trading system and also to over 40 international markets. The process is carried out by means of authorizations and filters defined by the stockbrokers themselves, which validate the client s data and receive real-time information about the status of the orders, the transactions and state of custody, among other information StockView (Real-Time Information) StockView is a service through which users access real-time information about the different markets. Among other alternatives, this allows inquiries to be made about the relevant facts of a company, details of operations, graphic development of the IPSA and IGPA indicators and their traded amounts, ADR information, financial indicators, as well as creating and valuating investment portfolios University Investment Portfolio Competition A tradition by now, for 17 years the Santiago Stock exchange holds its annual Investment Portfolio Competition (CCI, from its initials in Spanish) and for the 8th time this is done through the Internet. The CCI has been open to the general public since 2001, through its Open modality, with two separate competitions operating simultaneously. This has allowed a significant increase in the number of participants, which cover diverse professional backgrounds and age groups. During the development of both competitions, participants simulate the purchase and sale of shares in real time through a web application that emulates the electronic trading process, allowing them to achieve a perception very close to the real market. 7.5 Internet Tickers The Internet Ticker service allows data distribution companies to show the indexes and equity prices of the Santiago Stock Exchange on their websites, with a 20-minute delay. This service consists of a data feed where messages are generated on the basis of the transactions carried out at the Stock Exchange. 7.6 Electronic Stock Exchange Information Center (CIBe) The service forms part of the Santiago Stock Exchange intranet and provides users with a one-stop source for timely information on all events occurring at the Stock Exchange. Upon linking up to the CIBe, users are able to access information about news and essential facts, communications from the Santiago Stock Exchange and the issuing companies, operation manuals for the trading systems, as well as legal and taxation matters. 31

ON-LINE STOCK EXCHANGE REPORT This service provides remote access to a personal web folder from which ussers may download a file containing all the relevant information generated by the market during the day. Three times a day the user may access a document containing a Summary of Stock Transactions, Market Overview, Price Indexes, Market Capitalization, Closing Prices, News, Essential Facts, Corporate Actions and Financial Indicators.

SISTEMA FONOBOLSA Fonobolsa es un sistema de consulta telefónica computacional que permite al inversionista obtener, a través de un teléfono desde cualquier lugar del país, información en tiempo real sobre precios de las acciones, montos transados, principales alzas y bajas, índices de bolsas internacionales, dividendos, emisiones y otras variaciones de capital. Adicionalmente, permite mantener y valorizar una cartera propia de acciones, a la que se accede mediante una clave personal. 11. FECUS PLUS Fecus Plus es un software creado por la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago orientado a entregar en forma trimestral y en formato de CD ROM los Estados Financieros de las Compañías que listan en la Bolsa. La principal característica del producto es que, además de tener toda la información financiera de las empresas, permite crear planillas para desarrollar en forma simple y rápida análisis financiero por sectores o en forma individual, graficar datos de balance y precios de cierre para distintos períodos, crear sus propios indicadores financieros y exportar datos para trabajar en distintos programas. Además, Fecus Plus entrega en forma digitalizada las Notas a los Estados Financieros de las Compañías. Fecus Plus es, más que un sistema de información, una completa herramienta para el manejo de información financiera, constituyéndose en un apoyo fundamental para los inversionistas y analistas. 10. FONOBOLSA SYSTEM Fonobolsa is a telephone computerized inquiry system that offers investor all over the country real-time information about share prices, traded amounts, main rises and drops in share prices, international stock exchange indexes, dividends, issues and other corporate actions. It also allows to the maintain and valuate a personal portfolio of shares, which may be accessed using a personal code. 11. FECUS PLUS Fecus Plus is an application created by the Santiago Stock Exchange, aimed at the delivery (on quarterly basis and in CD-ROM format) of the financial statements of the companies listed in our Exchange. Fecus Plus contains all the information of the companies balance sheets, but it also allows its users to create spreadsheets in order to perform financial analysis in a simple and fast way, either individually or by sectors. Users can also graph balance data and closing prices for different periods, create custom financial indicators an export the data into other applications. Fecus Plus provides the Notes to the Financial Statements in digitized form. Fecus Plus is not only an information system. It is a complete tool for financial information management, and a vital application for investors and analysts SERVICIO METASTOCK La Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago mantiene una completa Base de Datos con toda la información necesaria para desarrollar análisis técnico bursátil. Los archivos son generados en formato MetaStock con los valores diarios de las transacciones.
