PROS 1. Son fármacos al menos tan eficaces que la warfarina y el dabigatran 150 mg y el apixaban superiores. 2. Los 3 fármacos reducen el numero de ICTUS hemorrágico y hemorragia intracraneal. 3. Mejoran la calidad de vida de los pacientes. 4. Carecen de las interacciones medicamentosas y dietéticas de la warfarina y el sintrom. 5. No precisan monitorización continua.
CONTRAS 1. El precio. 2. No son anticoagulantes universales. 3. La necesidad de monitorizar la función renal. 4. La falta de un antidoto definido. 5. Los efectos secundarios. 6. Las dudas sobre la adherencia.
