FEATURES TM Ultra Tech Thermal Coffee Press: You can now make the ultimate cup of coffee with this stainless steel insulated coffee press. There are no paper filters to dispose of and you have total control over water temperature and brew time. It s simple, easy, and quick. Great for brewing tea and herbs to perfection, and the thermal insulation will keep your coffee or tea warm for hours. CARE AND CLEANING Before First Use: Thoroughly wash your Thermal Coffee Press in hot, soapy water containing 1/2 cup vinegar. Rinse well with hot water and dry. Regular Cleaning: When your Thermal Coffee Press needs cleaning, do so in warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry. This includes the cover, handler pin assembly and spring/mesh presser. Stainless Steel Use and Care: With years of use, stainless steel will acquire a uniquely attractive finish called patina. It consists of myriad tiny scratches and microscopic lines. This is a gradual and normal reaction brought about by regular use. You should not be troubled by those first individual scratches that may appear on your Coffee Press. On the contrary, you should be pleased to know that the stainless steel is acquiring its unique patina finish. 2

CARACTERÍSTICAS Caferera térmica a presión Ultra Tech TM : Usted puede hacer la mejor taza de café con está cafetera térmica a presión de acero inoxidable. No utiliza filtros de papel y tiene la facilidad de controlar la temperatura del agua y la preparación del café. Es simple, fácil y rápida. Es perfecta para preparar té y hiebas a la perfección y su insulación térmica mantendrá el té o café caliente por horas. CUIDADO Y USO Antes del primer uso: Lave la cafetera en agua caliente con jabón y 1/2 taza de vinagre. Enjuague con agua caliente y séquela. Limpieza regular: Lávela con agua tibia y jabón. Enjuague bien y séquela. Esto incluye la tapa, el pasador y el prensador (resorte/malla). Cuidado del acero inoxidable: Después de años de uso, el acero inoxidable adquiere un atractivo acabado llamado patina. HOW TO USE Making Coffee in the Coffee Press: Using 1 rounded tablespoon per cup of coffee, put ground coffee (coarsely ground beans are suggested) into your Ultra Tech Thermal Coffee Press. 1. Slowly add hot water so that it fully covers the coffee grounds. 2. Allow the coffee to steep 3-4 minutes. 3. To avoid any hot coffee spilling out of the spout when the handler is pressed downward, put the lid on and make sure the handler is completely raised and that the arrow on the lid is not pointing towards the pouring spout. 4. Once the lid is in place, in one continuous motion press the handler all the way down. This pushes the grounds to the bottom making the coffee ready to pour. 5. Turn cover clockwise to line up arrow with the pouring spout - leave handler down, do not lift it - and pour yourself a delicious cup of coffee. 3
