01 Nevos campos en las órdenes Campos obligatorios: Trading Capacity. Client ID. Decisor within the firm. Exector within the firm. El Sistema MEFF S/MART rechazará las órdenes o aplicaciones qe no tengan información en estos nevos campos. Client ID, Decisor within the firm y Exector within the firm serán informados mediante n número, denominado short code (ver gía corta ORK). La información vinclada a los short codes podrá ser enviada diariamente (hasta las 23:30 CET) o solo na vez (y actalizada cando sea necesaria). Nevos campos no obligatorios: DEA (valor por defecto False en el Sistema). Liqidity provider (valor por defecto False en el Sistema).
02 Aplicaciones Nevos volúmenes mínimos en las aplicaciones MEFF: LIS definido por ESMA en nominal. Umbral único para todos los mercados eropeos. Nevo tiempo para confirmar aplicaciones: 15 mintos desde s introdcción. Pasado dicho tiempo será rechazada por el sistema. Las aplicaciones deberán inclir la información de los nevos campos señalados en el apartado Nevos campos en las órdenes. Los Miembros deben facilitar los Códigos Cortos a ss Brokers, qe los asociarán a cada cliente. Las aplicaciones de estrategias serán introdcidas en na sola línea, independientemente del número de componentes qe tenga la estrategia. En la estrategia se definirá no solo ss componentes, sino también el precio individal de cada no de ellos.
03 Reqest For Qote Nevo sistema de negociación qe permite a los Miembros cmplir con Best Exection en la negociación de Operaciones Acordadas. Permite solicitar y abrir n libro de negociación de Ftros, Opciones o estrategias con o sin delta. El RFQ es público (visible por todo el mercado) pero: Es ejectable exclsivamente por parte del solicitante. Solo las entidades qe el solicitante ha señalado tienen capacidad de contribir con precios. Tiene n tiempo máximo de 5 mintos para s negociación (ver gía corta RFQ).

The MEFF S / MART System will reject orders or block trades that lack information in these new fields. Client ID, Decisor within the firm and Exector within the firm will be informed by a nmber, called short code (refer to ORK handbook). Information related to short codes may be sent daily (ntil 23:30 CET) or once (and pdated whenever necessary). New non-mandatory fields: DEA (System defalt vale False ). Liqidity provider (System defalt vale False ).
02 Block Trades New minimm volmes in MEFF block trades: LIS defined by ESMA in nominal. Same threshold for all Eropean markets. New time frame to confirm block trades: 15 mintes since its introdction. After that it will be rejected by the system. The block trade mst inclde the information of the new fields indicated in the section New fields in the orders. Members mst provide Short Codes to their arranging brokers, who will associate them with each client. Strategy block trades will be introdced in a single line (as a package), regardless of the nmber of components that the strategy has. The strategy will define not only its components, bt also the individal price of each of them.
03 Reqest For Qote New negotiation system allows Members to comply with Best Exection in the negotiation of Prearranged Trades. It allows to reqest and open a trading book of Ftres, Options or strategies with or withot delta. The RFQ is pblic (visible by all the market) bt: Only the reqesting party can act pon it. Only the members that the reqesting party has indicated have the capacity to contribte with prices. Maximm of 5 mintes to complete the trade (refer to RFQ handbook).
