2 Tea is a Chinese and Japanese drink and is the second beverage most drunk after water. There are different types of tea: -BLACK TEA -GREEN TEA -YELLOW TEA -OOLONG TEA -WHITE TEA Tea s colorations are different because of the various leaves fermentations.

3 Tea has been drunk in Europe since 1632 B.C. There are three moments dedicated to tea: -BREAKFAST (teawith toast,eggs, bacon, cheese, butter,marmalade) -HIGH TEA, late afternoon or during the holidays -AFTERNOON TEA (classic tea-time)

4 Is there a perfect way to drink tea? We believe that it s all about personal preference. But there are some key tricks in the preparation that will help you to prepare a perfect cup of tea. First, tea absorbs moisture and kitchen smells. To keep your tea fresh keep loose tea or teabags in a sealed jar or tin. If you re looking for the perfect cup of tea,these are the golden rules: Tea loves oxygen it helps the flavour develop, so always use freshly cold water in the kettle. Make sure your pot is clean. Warm the pot with a small amount of boiled water in it. For black tea, only pour on freshly boiled water and do not over-boil it. For green tea, always use the water just at the boil. One tea spoon of loose tea per person and one teaspoon for the pot is about right, but add as much or as little to make it to the strength you like.

5 Some people believe that sugar masks the flavours in tea. We recommend that you allow the teabag to brew for two and a half to three minutes. This allows the flavour to fully develop. Then add milkor lemon or enjoy it black, whatever yourpreference. We recommend that you allow loose tea to brew in a teapot for up to seven minutes. The general rule is: the larger the leaf, the longer the brewing time, while a smaller leaf tea will only need about four minutes. Both have their benefits. For many people, the ritual of preparing loose tea is a pleasure in itself, so this contributes to the enjoyment, while teabags are more convenient.

6 Les français ne mangent pas beaucoup au petit-dejeuner. En general les adultes boivent un bol ou une grande tasse de café ou de café au lait. Ils mangent des croissants, des baguettes avec du beurre et de la confiture, du pain au chocolat, des céréales, de la croix de Savoie, des fruits frais ou secs et des gauffres. Les enfants boivent du lait avec du chocolat, des biscuits, du nesquik, des biscottes, de la tarte et des céréales.

11 2) Los beneficios del desayuno son: -Da la energía para hacer frente a la rutina diaria -Evita una caída de presión -Para empezar bien el día -Si un adulto desayuna da buen ejemplo a los niños -El cuerpo necesita energía despues de toda una noche en ayuno -Mejora la atención, la memoria y la comprensión -No desayunar puede causar problemas metabólicos -Da los beneficios a todo el organismo -Se queman facilmente las calorías comidas durante el desayuno

12 3) Los tipos de desayuno para los celiacos, los veganos y los vegetarianos son: -El desayuno para los celiacos consiste por ejemplo en café, naranjada, galletas sin gluten, frutas o yogur

13 -El desayuno para los veganos consiste por ejemplo en leche de soja, frutas, cafè, pan con mantequilla de soja o frutos secos

14 -El desayuno para los vegetarianos consiste por ejemplo en pan con mermelada, cereales o yogur

15 4) El desayuno saludable: Un desayuno salutable puede ser compuesto de frutos, yogur, cereales o tè 5) Varios tipos de desayuno: -Cafè con leche y galletas -Naranjada y cruasán -Leche y pan con chocolate -Tè y una rebanada de pastel 6) En fin: El desayuno esuna comida muy importante que nunca se debe renunciar
