Aprenderá sobre la gente que trabaja en el ámbito relacionado con los hoteles en diferentes partes del mundo, y sobre todo los temas de la industria turística considerada en estos tiempos y por los gobiernos necesaria como fuente monetaria. INTENCIÓN EDUCATIVA Esta asignatura contribuirá al la formación del alumno. Capacitándolo para desarrollarse fácilmente en todo lo concerniente a los diferentes tipos de hoteles y en el ámbito de la industria. Informara sobre la organización interna de hoteles, informándolos y sobre las obligaciones del personal, para así poder laborar en ellos. Usara habilidades como expresión oral y escrita, comprensión de lectura y auditiva sobre material de reservaciones, servicios de restaurant y acomodando huéspedes a sus preferencias personales. OBJETIVO(S) GENERAL (ES) Desarrollar conversaciones en ingles. Comprender las diferentes necesidades de los Hoteles. Aprender sobre el personal y la organización interna de los Hoteles. Atender a huéspedes en reservaciones telefónicas o personales. Manejar asuntos monetarios de diferentes tipos de moneda.
