Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Install, update, and network Drake Software Complete required setup items Set up letters and billing Navigate within the software Create, open, and perform basic data entry for a simple 1040 return Calculate a return and use the View/Print mode Prepare a return for e-filing and then e-file it Use some basic Drake tools, such as Backup and Restore Access resources available to Drake customers Fee: $ Register by midnight 30 days prior to the date of the course and receive a 10% discount. Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to: Set up clients, payroll, and a Chart of Accounts. Create custom accounts in the Chart of Accounts, enter and post journal transactions, and reconcile a bank statement. Process Live and After-the-Fact Payroll. Produce Accounts Payable checks and print checks on-the-fly using the Check Writer. Process and e-file W-2s, 1099s, and 94X series tax returns. Export account balances from the Chart of Accounts to the Drake tax program. Review Client Write-Up tools and resources.
