Alioto Performing Arts Piazza (Civic Center Plaza) Pavement Maintenance (Contract No. 3245V) to CF Contracting, Inc. for $957,281. Approval of this proposed action by the Commission is the Approval Action as defined by S.F. Administrative Code Chapter 31. JOE DIMAGGIO PLAYGROUND RENOVATION PROJECT GRANT ACCEPTANCE AND DONOR RECOGNITION Discussion and possible action to: 1) approve a donor recognition plan for the Project and 2) recommend to the Board of Supervisors to accept and expend a cash grant from the San Francisco Parks Alliance (SFPA) in the amount of up to $500,000 for additive alternates to the Project s construction budget. RANDALL MUSEUM RENOVATION PROJECT Discussion and possible action to: 1) approve a conceptual plan for the renovation of the Randall Museum ( Project ), 2) approve a donor recognition plan for the Project, 3) approve a grant agreement between the Randall Museum Friends ( RMF ) and the Recreation and Park Department for enhancements to the design of the Project, and 4) recommend the Board of Supervisors accept and expend a cash grant in the amount of up to $2.3M for enhancements to the construction budget and accept an in-kind grant in the amount of up to $1.3M for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment ( FFE ) for the Randall Museum. CANDLESTICK PARK Discussion and possible action to approve an amendment to the License and Permit to Enter Agreement, dated as of March 5, 2014 between CP Development Co., LP, a Delaware limited partnership ( Developer ) and the Recreation and Park Department (the "Department") to authorize the Developer to perform additional tasks on the premises before the Developer acquires title to the property, including various pre-demolition and demolition activities, and to memorialize

4 GENERAL CALENDAR the Department's agreement to forbear from auctioning certain industrial assets on the premises in exchange for Developer's payment to the Department of a license fee in the amount of $236,000 and acceptance of full responsibility for the premises as of November 1, 2014 and delegating authority to the General Manager to make changes to the Amendment that do not materially alter the balance of benefits and burdens between the parties. ESPRIT PARK SHADOW IMPACT FROM PROPOSED PROJECT AT 777 TENNESSEE STREET Discussion and possible action to make a finding that the new shadow cast upon Esprit Park by the proposed project at 777 Tennessee Street will not have a significant or adverse impact on the use of Esprit Park pursuant to Planning Code Section 295 (the Sunlight Ordinance). VICTORIA MANALO DRAVES PARK SHADOW IMPACT FROM PROPOSED PROJECT AT 190 RUSS STREET -REMOVED FROM CALENDAR Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Planning Commission that the new shadow cast upon Victoria Manalo Draves Park by the proposed project at 190 Russ Street will not have a significant or adverse impact on the use of Victoria Manalo Draves Park pursuant to Planning Code Section 295 (the Sunlight Ordinance). OPEN SPACE FUND CONTINGENCY RESERVE FUND FY14-15 DEFERRED MAINTENANCE Discussion and possible action to approve the allocation of $654,630 from the Open Space Fund Contingency Reserve to fund FY14-15 deferred maintenance projects: 1) Sharon Meadow Irrigation Repair and Restoration, 2) Nursery Roof Vent System Motor Replacement, 3) Mission Playground Fence Replacement, and 4) Hamilton Pool Shell Replacement. REMOVED FROM CALENDAR Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution recommending that the Board of Supervisors approve an agreement with the PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. to present the 2020 PGA Championship at Harding Park Golf Course for a site fee of $2,000,000. (ACTION ITEM) Staff: Tom Hart HARDING PARK GOLF COURSE APPROVAL OF FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER TOURNAMENT AGREEMENT WITH PGA TOUR, INC. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution recommending that the Board of Supervisors approve the Fourth Amendment to the Master Tournament Agreement with the PGA TOUR, Inc., authorizing the PGA TOUR, Inc. use of Harding Park Golf Course for tournaments in 2015 and 2025 for combined site fees totaling $2.475 million, and authorizing an option for an additional four PGA TOUR tournaments for a site fee of $1.1 million each.
