4 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION Religious education registrations will be held every Thursday and Friday through out the month of June only in the Religious education office from 4:00pm-5:30pm. Requirements: Original Birth Certificate Baptism Certificate $80.00 per child $ for 2 brothers / sisters $ for 3 or more brothers / sisters Registration will be held for 1st and 2nd year students. SPACE IS LIMITED. We apologize for a price error that we made in past bulletins. The price for 2 brothers is $140 not $120. Bring the original birth certificate of the child. If godparents are single (not cohabitating), bring certificate of confirmation. If godparent are married, bring the marriage certificate from the Catholic Church. Parents and sponsors must attend one (1) Baptismal preparation class. 5 2015 CHARITY AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL Thank you to the families who have contributed $27, 605 to the Charity and Development Appeal.
