1 REQUISITOS BECA Santa María nuestra Señora del lago, 6100 Lohman Ford Rd, Lago Vista, TX 78645, I. SELECCIÓN Y PROGRAMACIÓN DE LA BECA a. El Comité Asesor de la Beca (SAC) informa al Pastor y serán nombrados, uno de los miembros de cada organización de financiación, con la cabeza de la organización respectiva que hace la cita con el mínimo conflicto de intereses. DRE será miembro Ex Oficio del Comité. b. La oficina de la parroquia hará copias disponibles de los requisitos para la beca sólo a los padres de los solicitantes potenciales a partir del 30 de septiembre, en el año anterior a cada fecha límite de presentación. Requisitos de la Beca sólo se publicará en la web parroquial. Solicitudes de beca estarán disponibles por el DRE en una fecha posterior por la oficina parroquial. c. El plazo para presentar una solicitud a la oficina parroquial es el 1 de abril, 15:00 anualmente. La oficina parroquial deberá auditar cualquier aplicación presentada para el grado de terminación. Si incompleta, la oficina proporcionará demandante tres días para completar la aplicación. d. La SAC revisará todas las solicitudes y recomendar candidatos éxito para la beca por 1 de mayo anualmente, para su aprobación anual del Pastor el 10 de mayo. e. Notificación pública de cada beca se efectuará una misa antes y entonces otra vez durante la publicación anual premiación en secundaria del solicitante o la institución equivalente. II. CRITERIOS DE BECAS a. Solicitante debe ser un estudiante de secundaria graduándose que cumpla con los requisitos de ingreso en dos certificados o continuar la escuela con buen pie en su escuela actual de cuatro años. El anterior deberá llevar el peso de la minoría y justificarse por forma A, un informe académico incluyendo transcripción; y, por la forma B, informe de un maestro de aula en secundaria del solicitante. b. Solicitante debe ser un miembro activo de Santa María, nuestra Señora del Lago Iglesia Católica. Esto significará que asisten a Misa semanalmente como validado por estudiante que asisten a educación religiosa (80% mínimo); y, substancialmente uno o más ministerios de la parroquia. El anterior deberá llevar el peso de la mayoría y justificarse de forma C, una evaluación de la educación religiosa y participación; Formulario D, una evaluación de la participación de ministerios parroquiales; Forma E, una autoevaluación; y, en su forma F, un ensayo de 250 palabras por solicitante. c. Beca criterios se aplican universalmente a todos los estudiantes de la secundaria. Los solicitantes de la secundaria católica deberán presentar carta de acompañamiento(s) de recomendación de su escuela. III. BECA ADMINISTRACIÓN FINANCIERA a. Los caballeros de colon (KOC), los hombres del Club (MC) y gremio de las mujeres (WG) financiarán el programa de concesión de beca igualmente, anualmente. Otros pueden contribuir adicionalmente a este fondo de becas de la parroquia. Becas aprobadas no podrán exceder de $1.000 por persona. b. Un cheque por la cantidad de la beca premio se entregará a la escuela solicitadas de cada destinatario al proporcionar evidencia de la inscripción a la escuela de elección para el semestre de otoño (forma G). Presentar los documentos requeridos deberá producirse pérdida de la beca. c. Si cualquier destinatario pierde la beca, se conservará la cantidad perdida para futuros años. 1
