español BASES nude 2011 Habitat Valencia, lanza el Salón nude 2011, como marco expositivo de encuentro entre los jóvenes diseñadores internacionales, el sector profesional del hábitat (productores y distribuidores) y la sociedad en general. Un nuevo escenario donde descubrir tendencias y explorar en las innovaciones que están teniendo lugar en el hábitat, a través de la mirada de los nuevos creadores. BASES DE PARTICIPACIÓN El Salón nude 2011 quiere ser la puerta de entrada de los nuevos creadores a la industria del hábitat. Por este motivo, la participación está abierta por un lado a estudiantes, jóvenes diseñadores-creadores internacionales, así como Escuelas de Diseño. Por otro, a nuevas empresas editoras y productoras con menos de 5 años de antigüedad, y galerías que presenten proyectos compatibles con el espíritu de este Salón y las condiciones del mismo. Presentación y selección de los proyectos. En cuanto a los trabajos, podrán participar todos aquellos objetos y equipamientos incluidos dentro del mundo del hábitat. De cada proyecto se presentará el material gráfico correspondiente tanto de los objetos como de su presentación física en el stand. Consistirá en una memoria descriptiva en cartón pluma tamaño DIN A3, que deberá estar dentro de una carpeta standar A3 correctamente identificada con los datos del participante y el número de documentos que hay dentro; así mismo incluirá un cd con los productos en formato jpg. Los participantes deberán rellenar una ficha de inscripción, ver la web Habitat (www.feriavalencia.com/habitat) esta ficha acompañará al resto del proyecto. El Comité de Selección dará a conocer los trabajos que estarán presentes en esta novena edición del Salón nude. Los participantes que hayan sido seleccionados para exponer en el salón nude deberán de abonar en concepto de alquiler del stand predecorado 800 euros + 8% de IVA, la fecha límite de este pago será el 1 de septiembre de 2011. El pago de estos derechos, se efectuará mediante transferencia bancaria especificando Proyecto nude y el nombre del diseñador/a, equipo de diseño o escuela/universidad a la siguiente cuenta corriente: Bancaja BANCO 2077 OF. 0489 CTRL.18 Cta.Cte. 3100107208 Exposición de los trabajos. Por lo que respecta a la exposición, la organización del Salón nude comunicará, junto con el acta de selección del Comité, las características técnicas del espacio expositivo, así como las posibilidades de actuación individual sobre el mismo. El Comité de Selección. El Comité de Selección estará encargado de evaluar los proyectos que por sus características representan mejor el espíritu del Salón nude. Entre sus funciones estará también la de velar por el cumplimiento de las bases de participación. En este sentido, el Comité de Selección, o una parte delegada del mismo, velará por el cumplimiento del proyecto aprobado, pudiendo incluso llegar a denegar su participación cuando exista un claro distanciamiento entre el proyecto aprobado y la exposición final. Las decisiones del presente comité serán inapelables y el mismo será competente en la toma de cualquier tipo de decisión que pueda surgir durante el proceso de selección y posterior exposición. Publicaciones La Organización editará folletos, notas de prensa, blog nude, news letters digitales y noticias en la web de este Salón nude 2011, para lo cual solicitará a los distintos expositores, el material gráfico que considere necesario. A través de ruedas de entrevistas los participantes de nude pueden saber de primera mano la opinión de los empresarios y directores creativos de las principales marcas acerca de su trabajo
english nude 2011 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Habitat Valencia is calling for submissions for nude 2011. The show is at once an exhibition and an opportunity for young international designers to meet professionals from the interiors industry (manufacturers and retailers) along with a wider audience. nude 2011 will be a fresh canvas that, through the eyes of the new designers, will reveal the latest trends and innovations that are emerging in the world of interiors. TERMS FOR PARTICIPATING The nude 2011 Show hopes to be a launchpad for new creatives to enter the interiors industry. This is why it is open to students, Design Colleges and young international designers and creatives on the one hand and recently established manufacturers (that have been in business for less than five years) and galleries presenting designs that are in the spirit and terms of the Show on the other. Submission and selection of designs As regards the items themselves, all objects and pieces of equipment designed for interiors are acceptable. The supporting graphic material relating to the objects and their physical presence on the stand must be submitted for each design. This material will consist of a detailed description on A3 size art board, which should be presented in a standard A3 file. The file must be properly identified, with the applicant s details and indicating the number of documents contained in the file. It should also include a CD with jpg s of the products. Participants should complete a registration form (see the Habitat website, www.feriavalencia.com/habitat) which should be delivered along with the rest of the design. The Selection Committee will announce which pieces of work will be displayed at this tenth edition of the nude Show. Applicants selected to exhibit their work at the nude Show will be required to make a payment of 800 euros + 8% VAT to cover the rental of a pre-decorated stand. This payment must be made by 1st September 2011. As regards the exhibition itself, the nude Show organisers will, along with the selection which areas of the space the designer concerned will be able to decorate and what form of decoration will be permitted. The Selection Committee. The Selection Committee will be tasked with assessing which designs present features that best embody the spirit of the nude Show. The Committee will also verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing participating in the Show. The Selection Committee, or a part of the Committee delegated to do so, will check that each design accepted does indeed comply with the terms and may refuse to allow a piece of work to be displayed if there is a clear divergence between the design that was approved and the object that is put on display. decisions that should need to be made during the selection process and subsequent exhibition.
