Introduced after-school MS Math Club - emphasis on skills, enjoyment, preparation for Kangaroo and Olympiad competitions. 16 Middle School Initiatives and Achievements Escuela Media Iniciativas y Logros Accommodated learning needs of students in music by creating Intermediate and Advanced levels in strings, band and guitar. Ajuste de las necesidades para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes en música mediante la creación de los niveles intermedio y avanzado de cuerdas, banda y guitarra. 17 High School Initiatives and Achievements Escuela Superior Iniciativas y Logros "New Traditions" opening day honored the class of 2014 and welcomed the class of 2017 along with new students and teachers to the high school. Nuevas Tradiciones el primer día se honró a la Promoción 2014 y se dio la bienvenida a la Promoción 2017 con los nuevos estudiantes y profesores de Escuela Superior. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) implemented in 11th and 12th grade classes. Traigan sus Propios Dispositivos (BYOD) implementado en el 11 y 12 grados. Teachers and students in two 12th grade classes are piloting a 100% digital learning environment. 18 High School Initiatives and Achievements Escuela Superior Iniciativas y Logros Student Tracker program introduced into the high school to help students set goals and monitor their progress. Two teams of students will represent ASA in Quito, Ecuador for the Global Initiative Network (GIN) Conference. MEC officials asked ASA educators to participate in the revision and analysis of new curricula for Spanish and Guarani Los funcionarios del MEC solicitaron que educadores del ASA participen en la revisión y análisis del nuevo currículo de Castellano y Guaraní.
