Examples : Cold Bright coldest Brightest II) We usually form the superlative degree o adjectives with more than two syllables by using MOST. Examples: difficult Beautiful MOST difficult MOST beautiful III)GOOD and BAD have special superlative forms. Good Bad Best Worst IV)Words with irregular superlatives: Far Little Much Many Farthest Least Most Most V) ( THE ) precedes the superlative form of all adjectives. Examples: She is the tallest girl in the class. This exercise is the most difficult one in the book. This book is the best.

4 U.E COLEGIO 19 DE ABRIL INGLES Año : 2. Secciòn : B Clase del día: Miércoles 16 /10-2horas. Tal como viste en primer año, en Inglés existen dos grandes grupos de verbos. El verbo ser y estar ( to be) y los demás verbos. La primera consecuencia de esta distinción es que el verbo to be no requiere uso de auxiliar para indicar las preguntas, mientras que los otros verbos requieren el uso de Do- Does, para indicar preguntas. Otra distinción es que en las actividades humanas y lo referido al hombre se utiliza, casi siempre, el verbo to be. Para preguntar sobre personas se utiliza el verbo to be. En esta clase vamos a hacer ejercicios sobre como preguntar sobre personas. Para ello utilizaremos, además del verbo to be, las palabras WHO y WHAT. La regla para el uso del Who es la siguiente: si ud no conoce quien es porque no lo ve, entonces pregunta Who is? Pero si ud està viendo a la persona pero no sabe quien es, pregunta : who is that boy?, pero si son varios: who are those boys?. Is importante darse cuenta que who siempre se pregunta con el verbo to be en singular, excepto cuando la persona que pregunta està viendo que son varias las personas sobre las que pregunta. Las mismas reglas se aplican para el What. Ejercicios: Asking and giving information about persons: My name is. I m a student. An English teacher. Mr Brown secretary. (El estudiante está en libertad de construir otras oraciones)
