2 Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time June 14, 2015 FROM MY HEART (not from my desk) On Friday, June 5, we celebrated the Baccalaureate Mass with the students of our school; the next day we celebrated the Graduation of our eighth grade students at the 5:00 p.m. Mass. Now, this weekend (June 13-14) marks the end of the academic year It is only right that we express special thanks to everyone who is involved in our school, which has been providing a quality Catholic education for over 100 years. Thanks to all of the administrators, teachers and support staff (including all the staff in the rectory) who make it possible for our parish school to thrive. We cannot name everyone who is involved, but we must give special thanks to Dr. Brad Snyder, our wonderful principal. Thanks to all our volunteers, who help in many ways and are indispensable for the success of our school. Thanks to the families of our students, especially their parents, for choosing St. Joseph School. You honor us by allowing us to share in the formation of your children, who are your greatest treasure. We take this responsibility seriously, and we do our best for our students. Thanks to our students, who are the reason why our school exists. Every student in our school is unique and important. We treasure the opportunity to help them, and we find that they teach us and help us as well. Thanks to all of our parishioners, who support our school by prayer and also by contributing to our collections and fundraisers. Our school is an integral part of our parish; and since our young people are our future, we realize that our school helps form the future of our parish. As Fr.
