Directores: Zamora Macho, Juan Luis y Arias Aróstegui, Pablo Entidad Colaboradora: ICAI-Universidad Pontificia Comillas RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO Objetivo l proyecto: El principal objetivo l presente proyecto consiste en el diseño un sistema control predictivo la velocidad una motocicleta para un banco potencia. Descripción l equipo: Un banco potencia es un equipo ensayo que sirve para obtener la curva parvelocidad un motor combustión. Una vez diseñado el regulador acuado se consigue calcular la potencia para ese régimen velocidad la moto multiplicando la fuerza que ejerce por la velocidad. Es útil para las competiciones velocidad y para talleres y fabricantes motocicletas, ya que permite estudiar como influyen en el rendimiento las variaciones que se hacen en el motor. Este proyecto estudia la posibilidad controlar un banco potencia equipado con un freno fricción (véase figura 1). Este sistema abarataría consirablemente los costes fabricación, ya que el conjunto rueda-buje-freno (disco y pinza) se encuentra enormemente extendido gracias al mundo l automóvil. No obstante, esto plantea un gran problema al ser el par resistente l freno inpendiente la velocidad. Mantener la motocicleta en un punto trabajo dado implica que el freno realice correcciones constantemente (equilibrio inestable). Figura 1: Prototipo l banco potencia Se han realizado una serie ensayos en éste banco potencia, registrándose las señales mando, fuerza en la rueda lantera la motocicleta y velocidad l rodillo. A partir dichos ensayos, se ha podido intificar el molo l sistema y diseñar el sistema control con estos datos.

2 Molado e intificación: El primer paso consiste en obtener un molo l conjunto freno + moto ( véase figura 2 ) que scriba su comportamiento, cerrando un control presión para mejorar el comportamiento dinámico y teniendo en cuenta la componente terminista y estocástica l sistema y su influencia en la velocidad (salida y variable a controlar en el sistema). El objetivo es obtener un molo matemático que aproxime el comportamiento l conjunto freno + moto lo más fielmente posible, consirando al banco como un sistema con una entrada (mando referencia presión en el freno) y una salida (velocidad la moto o también l rodillo). Figura 2: Molo l conjunto freno + moto Diseño l Control Predictivo Funcional (PFC) La señal entrada l sistema completo son las referencias futuras para la velocidad la motocicleta en m/s. En el esquema l control que se ha diseñado (véase figura 3) se aprecian los diferentes bloques involucrados en el cálculo l mando. El mando se calcula multiplicando escalarmente la ganancia vectorial K y el error predicción obtenido como la diferencia entre la trayectoria seada y la respuesta libre l sistema. 3 Para obtener el sistema control óptimo, se han probado diferentes valores los parámetros l control hasta que se ha conseguido minimizar el efecto las perturbaciones sobre la velocidad. Estos parámetros diseño son el horizonte predicción y la constante tiempo l filtro que genera la trayectoria seada a partir la referencia. Comparación con el control diseñado en el proyecto anterior: El control sarrollado en este proyecto cerrando el control presión en el freno consigue un mejor rechazo a la fuerte perturbación que ejerce la motocicleta en la velocidad l rodillo. El resultado obtenido frente al control predictivo sin dicho control y frente a un control PD procente un ensayo en el banco potencia real ( véase Figura 4 ), justifica las mejoras introducidas bido a que consigue menores sviaciones con respecto a la trayectoria seada. El objetivo final en futuros proyectos es modificar el molo intificado para el conjunto freno+moto e implantar un control adaptativo ( véase Figura 5 ), don el cálculo l vector ganancias y la estimación la respuesta libre y la perturbación se adaptaría al molo la planta disponible en cada instante. Directors: Zamora Macho, Juan Luis Arias Aróstegui, Pablo Collaborator institution: ICAI-Universidad Pontificia Comillas Objective of the project: The main objective of the present project consists of the sign of a system based on a predictive control that is able to maintain the speed of the motorcycle in a working point. Description of the equipment: A power bank is a test equipment that serves to obtain the curved pair-speed of a combustion motor. Once obtained the suitable regulator he is thus able himself to calculate the power for that speed rating of motorcycle by multiplying the force times speed. It is useful for speed competitions and factories and manufacturers of motorcycles, since it allows to study as they influence in the yield the variations that become in the motor. This project studies the possibility of controlling a bank of power equipped with a friction brake. This system would crease the price of the manufacturing costs consirably, since the joint wheel-bushing-brake (disc and clamp) is extend thanks to the world of the automobile enormously. However, this raises a great problem to the being the resistant pair of the brake inpennt of the speed. To maintain the motorcycle in a given working point implies that the brake makes corrections constantly. Figure 1: Prototype of the power bank It exists a prototype of the bank of power in that a series of tests has been ma, registering itself the control signals, oil pressure, pressure reference,forces in the front wheel of motorcycle and speed of the roller. The intification of the mol of the system and the sign of the control had been possible with these data. Moled and intification:

5 The first step consists of obtaining a mol of the set brake + motorcycle that scribes to its behaviour, closing a loop of pressure control in orr to improve the dynamic behaviour and consiring the terminist and estocástica component of the system and its influence in the speed (exit and variable to control in the system). The objective is to obtain a set of mathematical equations that approximate the behavior of the set brake + moto more faithfully possible and always consiring to the bank like a system with one input (control pressure reference in the brake) and one output (speed of the moto or also the speed of the roller). Figure 2: Mol of the set brake+motorcycle Functional Predictive Control (PFC) The input signal of the system is the future references of the speed in m/s. In the diagram of the control system signed (figure3), it can be seen the different blocks involved in the calculation of the control signal. The control signal is calculated making the scalar product of the vectorial gain K and the prediction error obtained as the difference between the wanted trayectory and the free response of the system. 6 To obtain the optimum control system, different values of the parameters of the control has been checked in orr to mimimize the disturbance in the speed. These parameters of sign are the prediction horizon and the constant of time of the filter that it generates the trajectory wished from the reference. Comparison with a PD control: The control veloped in this project closing a loop of pressure control obtains a better rejection to the strong disturbance that exerts motorcycle in the speed of the roller. The result obtained in front of the predictive control without this loop of internal control and in front of a coming front a test in the bank of real power ( see Figure 4 ), it justified the introduced improvements because it obtains to minor s viations with respect to the wished trajectory. 17 Comparación controles Velocidad ( m/s ) control predictivo con molo con presión control PD con molo con presión referencia control predictivo sin presión control PD sin presión Muestras Figure 4: Comparison of the best answer obtained with the predictive control and a PD control (this last one comes from a test in the real system). Finally, the files of sign and simulation of the predictive control and implantation in the bank of real power have become general. The final mission in future projects is to modify the mol intified for joint brake + motorcycle and implant an adaptative control ( see Figure 5 ), where calculation of the vector of gains and of the estimation of the free answer and the disturbance would adapt to the mol of the plant available at every moment.
