15 Gustar We use the verb GUSTAR when we want to say that someone something. But I remember my Spanish teacher saying that GUSTAR was a weird verb why? Because we only use these two forms of the verb: & Because instead of SUBJECTS (yo, tú, él, nosotros, etc.) we use INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUNS. ME GUSTA/N NOS GUSTA/N TE GUSTA/N OS GUSTA/N *LE GUSTA/N *LES GUSTA/N * Remember that before the LE and LES, we need to indicate our subject by adding A + SUBJECT. A Juan le gusta bailar. A las chicas les gusta practicar deportes. Juan likes to dance. The girls like to practice sports. That s all I need to know about GUSTAR, right!? Not quite. Here are a couple more little details To say that you like to DO something Te gusta leer. Nos gusta correr. To say that you like a SINGULAR NOUN (person, place, or thing) Me gusta la camiseta.
