Page 5 A grid for a class survey about pets using the question at the top of the page. The boxes at the bottom of the page enable students to write feedback about individual classmates or the class as a whole. They could illustrate their written summary of the results with a bar chart or pie chart. Page 6-7 A pair work speaking activity. You could model this by giving a similar description and asking a student to draw/write the details on the whiteboard. Give page 6 to person A and page 7 to person B. Person A should begin by describing the first animal using the sentence prompts while person B draws/writes the details provided. At the end, you could ask for sample descriptions of each of the animals or extend the activity by asking students to make up their own animal descriptions for their partner to draw Page 9 of 10
